Very accommodating staff, property was clean, a good value.

How close it was to the highway. There was also many options for food, including grocery stores.
The beds were super uncomfortable. I did like that the AC worked all night, so it wasn't hot in the room. The curtains were not attached to the window, however we were already on our 2nd room since arriving. The first room had a bowling ball size pocket of fluid in the bathroom that was leaking. They were great about getting us into a new room. The breakfast was subpar but what I was expecting for typical hotel fare.

Let's see when we entered the room there was a musty smell the floor and beds were damp called front desk said the dehumidifier must not of been on long enough and said that they could put it back in there the next day but we traveled with 3 dogs so there was no way anyone could off came in there and put it back on the pool was dirty I got in and got out used the washer and dryer the washer was good the dryer made a loud noise when drying didn't dry my clothes the first time went to the desk and he did put it on again for me had looked like a employee sleeping in there car at night we were there for 4 nights and when we walked the dogs he was always sleeping in the car so unsafe for my daughter to go out aloñe and she's 17 the poop bags was empty the whole time I was there so wasn't a very good experience I asked the lady at the front desk if there any fireworks on the fourth and she said she didn't know I would figure the front desk would know that kind of stuff for traveling people this is the second time staying there and the first time wasnt a bad experience

Location was good
Breakfast was horrible. Bathroom ceilings were moldy and water was gathering in the bathrub when you shower.

Very nice staff that was able to quickly resolve an inconvenience I had. Amazing service.
I originally got a room that was for smoker, so the smoke smell was strong. But the front desk was quickly to resolve the issue and gave us a new room that was amazing.

Price, clean & comfortable bed
Curtain in room was hanging off the trac and the ac unit was falling apart. Minor fixes

The staff here was so welcoming and friendly. Made us feel good after our 3+ hour drive to get there. The breakfast was excellent. The room comfortable and quiet. Fitness room a plus!
The only problem was the shower head. A lot of water was dripping straight down rather than coming out of the head. I told the staff and they graciously accepted my input.

- comfortable mattresses
- ample parking spaces
- good restaurant across the street
- refrigerator in room made loud noises
- no mechanical ventilation in bathroom , therefore not surprising that mild signs of mold are visible on bathroom ceiling
- dark room , no ceiling lights
- plastic knives , forks etc at breakfast , which is environmentally unfriendly

Convenient location for the purpose of the trip. Comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the Dove supplies in the bathroom. Did not expect refrigerator 👍
Very friendly reception
The curtains sliders were not functioning properly. Heat/cooling unit made too much noise and could not make it function with the wall control. Some electrical plugs weren’t working properly either

Good location in terms of near the elephant trunk flea market for vendors outside of Connecticut staying over like we did plus the hotel is connected to a korean bbq and hot pot restaurant
Toliet was acting weird with the flushing and hand soap was hard to locate. But honestly that's it.

Staff was helpful. Paul at the Front desk was very helpful with info about what was nearby. The room was quiet and I was glad to be on the opposite side of busy roads.
I am still waiting for my refundable room fee of $25.

Close to I-84
Old, dingy. Elevator was broken so we had to get a double room on the ground floor instead of the King we reserved on the 3rd floor. Ice machine was out of order and breakfast was not free.

maids were way too loud when cleaning the room next to us at 8am. and repeatedly knocked on my door at 9am to come in and clean even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door and check wasn’t until 11am

Upon arriving on 12/16 I was greeted by a very pleasant and handsome man. He treated me like he knew I was coming and that made me feel welcome. Then we had an issue with the card machine and he got that handled in a very calming way. He told us where we could go eat. He gave a us a great suggestion. The next morning checking out just as personable as the gentleman the night before. We laughed and off I went. Also the restaurant where we had breakfast was very nice as was the waitresses. Thank you for making me feel comfortable.
I didn’t like that the bar wasn’t there. Lol

The food was good and the location was good as well
The girls were too busy taking in the back rather than the concerns of the customers

The elevator wasn’t working, they didn’t have anyone to help us bring our bags up to the third-floor. The entire third-floor smelled like propane or exhaust. When we did get to the third-floor room it wasn’t the size room I was charged for. It was smaller. We ended up getting a room on the second floor that was the size I was charged for and paid for. Housekeeping never came. The lampshade was broken in the room and should’ve been replaced. The lighting in the room was very poor and you need a light as you enter the room where the full-size mirror is hung so you could see what you look like in the mirror. It was very dark. The staff needs training on how to handle customers and treat customers the right way. We were never told about the breakfast and what it entailed although we did get breakfast vouchers. The Second day we came down for breakfast I had forgotten my vouchers but the girl at the front desk said I will just look up your room number and you’re all set and don’t need to go back to your room to pick up the vouchers. After finishing our breakfast the waitress said where are your vouchers and we told her that the girl at the front desk said we didn’t need them because she was going to look them up through our reservation/room number. That never happened and the waitress said I need to go back to my room to get my vouchers. When I went back to the room around 11 AM the room key did not work to enter the room. They had shut off the key to enter the room even after the prior evening we asked and were confirmed a late check out. I went all the way back to the front desk so they could reprogram the room key and no one at the front desk apologized for the inconvenience. The staff were friendly enough but clueless when it comes to hospitality and taking care of the customer making their stay the best stay ever. They also were mopping the bottom of each stairway so you risk falling down and slipping and hurting yourself.
