Easy on/ easy off the highway . The king bed was very comfortable, with a 6am complementary breakfast.

The restaurants Vans needs to serve a salad and bread with their entrées

Decent place to stay, but I will consider different options next time.

Fitness center - highest setting on stationary bicycle got my heart rate to 80, i.e. no value; no remote control to adjust or turn off TV Heating - unit by window only, no thermostat; the unit was on or off, no gradients; luckily the insulation of the room (40's outside) was good enough to keep the temperature steady with only 2 degrees decline during night Bed - too hard; I had to use an inflatable pillow to pad my hip while sleeping on my side

It was just a quick overnight. On our way home from Florida. It was definitely worth the pick.

What used to be the highlight of my trip to Canada has now become a black spot. The hotel is in need of sprucing up. The

Location. The rooms are getting shabby but it was still a good night’s rest

They now charge $25 for a pet. Never did before. And you cannot leave your pet alone in your room to enjoy dinner at Gallo‘s restaurant next door. And you cannot take your dog or whatever into the dining area. Nor can you take your food into the lounge which adjoins the dining area. Front desk crew were rude beyond belief. I told the desk clerk that the food bar had run out of hot sauce. It took her 20 minutes to walk back get a bottle of hot sauce and set it back on the breakfast bar. By that time my breakfast was long over. And you would’ve thought I asked her for a kidney. Now how am I supposed to eat breakfast or eat dinner if no one allows my dog anywhere. And she’s a very quiet mixed breed very small dog. And when they charge me $25 for this rudeness. I will never stay here again.

Poor check in experience, room was satisfactory - nothing special. Breakfast was disappointing

Only had white bread. Waffle maker broken. Only one choice of coffee. One choice of muffin. No peanut butter. Location was excellent

Reception desk did not know how to check us in using a Canadian Visa card. Rejected because person did not pass the terminal to me for my PIN. Locked up 2 of my cards. Had to borrow a card from someone else. Communication was very poor

this location was prefect, clean & quiet.

the price was good. it’s was very near to stores and our event at the Hampton inn

the breakfast was okay. Saturday morning there was very little items to choose from but Sunday morning was okay.

Great concierge, clean room, spacial

80db fridge noise, torn/ruined carpet, crappy TV, furniture falling apart, no vent in BR, loose sink, rusty shower, small towels, cant control HVAC (or it was broken), no parking, ice machine empty/broken (1 per floor)
