Clean, comfortable and accommodating!

I was traveling with my sisters to see my brother who is in the hospital seriously ill. We thought we’d sty for 2 nights but decided to stay 2 more. The front desk clerk patiently arranged everything for us and was even able to let us stay in the same rooms even though it was a very busy Mother’s Day weekend. That, to me was wonderful service.

What stay? Desk clerk wouldn’t check me in.

I had specifically asked for a pet friendly hotel & this one came up, so I booked. I was not even completely thru the door when the desk clerk yelled at me that pets were not allowed. My pet is a 10lb papashire & my ESA. After a grueling 10 hr drive, I didn’t have it in me to argue. So I was in StPetersburg on a busy Saturday night with no room. To say I was displeased is putting it mildly.

Outstanding customer service but...

The customer service at the front desk and during breakfast was great!! Plus, it was clean, great and safe location.

I didn't give an excellent rate since the bathtub was clean but it was so worn that needed paint, and gave a bad impression; and the bathroom fan/light was really noisy.

Staff was great , room very clean and comfortable .

Breakfast was ok but not great. ( small room and not great choices) bathroom was tiny when you open the door it almost hits the toilet.

The hotel itself was nice and so was the staff . Parking was the only problem. 7/10

The hotel was in a great area . Close to grocery store , gas , food , etc . We came for the Taylor Swift concert and it was very easy to get to and from the stadium from there !

Very little parking . Considering we came out for a huge event it appeared they didn’t have the parking to accommodate all the rooms sold for the weekend.

The breakfast was good. Employees were wonderful. Lobby looked clean and smelled good walking in. The beds were extremely comfortable too!

My room smelled like cigarettes. Also, the tub had hair in it from the previous guest. I cleaned the tub myself before we used it. Then I opened the closet, and there were a bunch of dirty towels hanging in it. The place definitely needs some updates and TLC. I didn't complain because we were only in town for the night for a concert. For the money I paid, based on how it was rated, I was disappointed.

Price does not match what hotel looks like

Staff was nice

Price and location of hotel. Total price was 326.00 with tax for 1 night but room should have been 75.00 to 90.00. Had a King bed with pull out sofa. When pulling out sofa there was fake rose petals and battery lit tea light candle under sofa still blinking also a few fake fingernails. That just tells me room was not cleaned very well. Some of the hot breakfast was good but eggs were very watery. For the price of hotel for 1 night they should have served a 5 course breakfast.

Expensive for what you get

Beds comfortable, size of the room, TV, sofa, microwave very useful

Shower pressure was low and the room and in particular the bathroom felt and looked quite worn. There seemed to be an accumulation of dirt over the years.

Exceptional

The bk was ok and it was noting I can realky say bad about the place, but you will never go wrong by staying here. I stay one night, since I was there to attend my Aunt funeral. But the room was very big an you got alot of space. I would come back an stay again.
