Mostly good!

no breakfast.the employees were exceptional

there were evidently groups of workers staying there and they got up very early and were extremely noisy leaving!

Smelled like vomit, marijuana and cigarettes. Place was run down and dirty. Disgusting.

It was ok. The STAFF were excellent. The desk people and the airport shuttle service was excellent.

Staff. Excellent. Free shuttle to airport excellent.

There was a dog 2 doors down. Constantly barking.

We would most definitely stay here again! a 35-45 min drive to the great Smokey Mountains and very convenient to eating

Overall the property was good, could use a little cleaning in the stairwells and the entrance/exit ways where there is heavy foot traffic. Other than that it was good.

Everything was ok! The only issue we had was the couch in the living space was covered in pet hair that kept getting all over out kids clothes and we had to cover it with a sheet. The rest of the room was very clean and neat.

This hotel was Great compared to what we were staying in. Loved the staff and the hotel was kept clean and quiet.

There really was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

Not the same as before

The staff was nice

It wasn’t great but wasn’t terrible. My husband and I stayed here three years ago when we first got together and we were amazed with our stay. So when booking out honeymoon we decided to stay here again. Unfortunately it wasn’t as great. The staff was nice and friendly as they were last time. Upon checking in another guest was complaining of their room smelling like weed. Which obviously put a question on wether we should stay here or not. Our room did not smell like weed but it could have been better. When we got there we had to ask for toilet paper. After we had been gone and turned the ac all the way down, so it would be nice and cold in the room, we came back to the room smelling, oddly enough, like playdough. We also noticed the room was covered in pet hair. The floors were being professionally cleaned while we were there and it left the whole floor smelling like wet dog. Which was not pleasant for me to deal with having pretty bad asthma. Honestly I’m not sure what has changed from the last time we were there but I can definitely say we would seek other options before booking here again.

Adequate but not superb. Potential for a great hotel experience exists but it didn't happen.

The size of the suite was quite comfortable. I liked having a full kitchen. I prefer cooking my own breakfast as opposed to the hotel supplying breakfast or having to eat out. I make the best bacon & eggs!

The pool was dirty; my grandchildren could not swim in it. We had trouble multiple times with our key card not working. There was not enough supplies for the number of guests--for example, one fork for a room with three people. The dishwasher in the room was disconnected from the countertop. The icemaker in the refrigerator did not work. We had to purchase ice, flatware, and dish cloths for washing dishes.

Very dirty Candlewood

The location is perfect! I love almost every Candlewood Ive ever stayed in and will continue to stay at Candlewood regardless of my poor experience with this Candlewood.

The amount of construction workers and contractors are taking a toll on the property. The stairwells and side entrances are extremely dirty. The interior hallways are dirty, have too much trash overflowing at the receptacles at either ends of the hall. The second floor wreaked of urine. A room on the second floor was playing music way too loud into late hours.
