It was an absolute nightmare and hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel.

Sofa bed sheets were never changed from the previous guests. When I pulled it out for my kids to sleep on, I found nasty, crummy, wadded up sheets with money falling out of them. Floor had not been vacuumed as there was change on it, also. Non smoking room reeked of smoke. Front desk staff had absolutely no customer service skills and refused to clean the room. After talking with an assistant manager, manager, and owner, I was finally told at 1030 at night that I had to leave as they had no place to put me because they were booked. It was an absolute nightmare and hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel.

Great place to stay and close to airport.

The room was clean and nice and cold the way we like it. The bed was comfy. Plus the lady at front deck was super nice.

Fairly good place to stay a night after your flight

Location is good. Hotel sent me a shuttle. (they don't send you a shuttle automaticly from request via booking.com, you have to call to front desk.) A shuttle is a must if you don't take a rental car. They give the shuttle also when you leave. Distance to hotel is very short but there is busy road between hotel and the airport and no place to cross it safely. There were no noise to room from the airport or road nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. A breakfast was small but okay, quite a large selection of everything, also some healthy stuff like youghurt, granola, dark bread, fruits.

I asked advance a quiet room when I made booking online. I got one of the rooms that had bad noice during evening and midnight from a pipes / compressor or other. I was very disappointed. My jetlag went worse. In the morning I heard that noise is only in one/some rooms. Why did I get it at the first place, didn't they get my hope for quiet room via booking.com? I went back next week and got a quiet room with no noise at all (except some noise from other guests in corridor, but "idiots" can happen anywhere). At breakfast: warm meal containing meat was just lukewarm, it should be kept warmer. Otherwise everything was good.

Pleasant, does what it's supposed to

I needed a place close to the airport because of early and late flights. This fit the bill quite well. The bed was comfortable, and the room was large.

The wifi cut out once or twice. Knoxville isn't too far away, but I'd prefer being more central if I visited again.

Nice hotel

Great value. Breakfast was good. Bed was very comfortable.

When asking for an extra pillow we were told there were none even though the hotel was not sold out. The reservation said three people but no extra pillows, blankets or towels were in the room. It was set for 2 people.

Good value for money

Stuff was friendly and helpful. Clean hotel, low price, very close to airport - the good reasons for choosing that one.

Breakfast… I know it is “free” but let’s just not have it if it is really bad.

I will NEVER stay here again!

Only thing I liked was the convenience factor!

The front desk staff was very rude…hallways smelled like weed definitely not child friendly! I was double charged but refunded thanks to booking not hotel! I would never stay here again!

Pretty good I guess but I kind of expected a little more somehow.

Breakfast was a little more than normal. Room had an extra armchair. Very clean and bed was comfy.

Workout room was OK but not much to write home about. No info in the room about services in the area.

More Bang for your buck!

Location is close to restaurants and gas stations. Directly across from the airport

very convenient but definitely needs more handicapped parking spaces.

it was very convenient near the airport. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

not enough handicap parking. I was traveling with my disabled friend and they were only two handicap, parking spaces, one in the front and one in the back it was pouring rain that night, and we had to drive to get a bite to eat, and when we got back to two handicap spaces were taken, and my friend had to walk a long distance in the pouring rain to get to the back door.

The girl that checked me in was fantastic. Unfortunately I forget her name. She had long braidedhair

The room was nice. Could use some detailed cleaning but not dirty. Bed was comfy.

I was hoping to utilize the hot tub in the pool area but it was closed. It was one reason I booked this room.
