Overall good just a bit too warm.

Clean and nice facility - layout was interesting

Too hot. On the 7th floor & air conditioning was not working properly so the room was a bit too warm. I think the open center section of the building allowed hot air to come up to the top floors. Just need overall better temperature regulation.

Wasn't able to eat

Unfortunately when I arrived, I was told the shuttle ran on the 1/2 hour. When I went down the next morning I was told that the shuttle wasn't running! I asked how to get to the airport and the attendant answered Uber and said she could not call a taxi !! Shouldn't they have let us know when we were ready, or a sign?? Also, was unable to have a breakfast as now I had to rush. But I wouldn't have eaten anyway as several people had they're dogs next to them at the breakfast tables. As much as I like dogs, I don't expect to sit next to one in a hotel!!! Then when I walked out to meet my car, one dog was peeing on the pole in front of the entrance. The tv in my bedroom didn't work and the a/c was stuck on cold! I have another reservation in this hotel soon but canceled my others. You need to rethink the dogs and have better communication with your customers

Embassy Suites is my favorite hotel!!

Always clean, staff has great customer service, the rooms were beautiful and well kept. The breakfast selection was excellent.

Besides the pool and hot tub, everything else was perfect.

Breakfast was the BEST part, as well as the bar.

Hot tub wasn't getting hot at all. Pool was SUPER COLD.

I would definitely recommend this hotel

the services were great, I was there for a Birthday celebration, the buffet for the celebration and breakfast was wonderful and the staff was pleasant and courteous

Large hotel close to airport, but updated facilities could significantly improve stays.

Nice hotel, it’s pretty big and the layout is aesthetically pleasing. The room was also large with a living room & bedroom. There was plenty of sink space and soap/shampoo/conditioner for use. I loved all the mirrors and there was a lot of natural lighting from outside. The happy hour from 5-7:30 was a great bonus! They had snacks and free drinks for guests which was something I haven’t had at other hotels that weren’t resorts. The front desk lady, Crystal, was very kind. I ended up getting physically ill during my stay and called several times for problems I’ll speak on below and even though she was busy, she made sure I was taken care of. I was able to check in early, at 1pm which was nice.

I was really disappointed because I specifically booked this hotel to use the hot tub and have a relaxing night to myself before heading home, but it was out of order. I know it’s out of their control, but I really wish I could have used it. I also couldn’t get the shower to switch over to bath water and had to call 3 times to get someone from maintenance to come up; the bath was missing a whole handle that operated the shower part and had to be added on. I requested some extra trash bags for the little trash cans and guest services brought me 60 gallon black hefty trash bags, which was kinda humorous but not exactly practical. The shower head and bathtub had rusting and black spots in numerous areas that had me questioning whether I should sit in it. The walls are either really thin or there are critters in them because I heard random noises throughout the stay that I couldn’t tell if they were coming from my room or not.

Nice facility, not too far from BWI. Prompt shuttle service. Breakfast facility gets crowded.

Above and beyond our expectations!!

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations! My only gripe is that I chose this hotel because of the hot tub and it was out of service. With that being said we kept reservation because of everything else. That will not be our last stay there, we shall meet again! LOL!❤️

The pool was a bit gross. Hot tub wasn't working, hot tub is half the reason I booked there.

A nice, welcoming place. Good stay.

Was clean and welcoming. The staff were nice. My daughter loved her experience. She's 6. Was in the area for a cheer competition. Had to switch hotels due to the other one being disgusting. Dirty. And full of bugs. This place made my daughter feel safe and comfortable.

I would definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly, Mera at the front desk is a real gem.

The room was clean and well stocked with towels. Breakfast was pretty good with a wide variety of food to choose from.

Unsupervised children of guests, one that was swinging from a luggage cart on the fourth floor. Could have easily gone over the railing.

The best in the east, so forget the rest.

We love the spacious suite and the quietness nightly. I rented a walker, and the staff was very kind on returning it so it can be picked up by scootaround. We will return our next vacation.

Didn't like the schedule of cleaning our room. Our 6-day stay, we felt that we should not have to request cleaning. However, we did receive clean towels daily.. The breakfast was okay, but serving bacon every morning was boring.

Friendly staff but the common areas were very hot with no ventilation until you reached your room

The last day (Sunday) the hostess checking ppl for breakfast mentioned that I was not on the list or my room# was and made a reference that ppl were coming in from all over the place eating the food. He was kind of rude in the whole process

The lobby was clean / evening reception was nice but only one bartender

Room wasn’t cleaned properly, curtains fell down soon as I pulled them open. One chef at breakfast, waited in line about 30 minutes. Pool/spa needs clean and updated

My day was great, and I did get rest which is why I come there.

Everything was great. I notice the Sheff that made the omelet is the same person I see every time I come. He is so nice and quick with putting my omelet together. I love the happy hour and the pool and sauna is so very relaxing. I stay at this hotel at least eight times a year and have never had any problems.

I only had one incident and that was when the children were unsupervised in the pool area and there were people coming in with coats on, taking them off and getting in the pool and not knowing if they were guest or not.

My room was dated and just didn’t feel fresh and clean. Couch was dirty and worn. A faint smell throughout. Managers Happy Hour was nice but food was put-out, and quickly gone within the first 30 minutes of the 90 minute session and not replenished.
