It was uncomfortable but close to the airport but disappointing that the shuttle does not run certain times

Close to airport.

Bed was uncomfortable. Pull out sofa was small and uncomfortable. The airport shuttle doesn’t run between 1-3 pm.

A place to sleep near the airport

Lots of space in room, close to airport and highways, but facilities are run down. Great breakfast

Location and breakfast buffet were good. Location is good because it’s close to the airport and highways, but you can’t walk anywhere and there aren’t good restaurants around

The pool and jacuzzi had been shut down for a long time and should be removed from the website. The public areas were not clean (BIG SPIDERS in the hallway) and the curtain had something black across it. The room was clean enough, but the exercise room had no wipes to clean machines even after I requested that they refill it. They never did

Disappointing

Breakfast was good.

Shower had hairs and the body wash was out, which led me to believe the room (bed sheets, towels, etc) were unclean as well. Too late and too tired to do anything about it. Did not sleep well.

Breakfast, proximity to our destination

When checking in I needed to leave the car at the front while one the kids used the restroom, got chased down to tell me I had to move my car, fyi there were 3 other cars almost exactly where my car was parked. We also got a room with a sofa bed but there wasn’t any bedding in the room for it. When I went down to get some, I was told there were no “pillows” down there. No offer to get one or even attempt. Oh, and they did not even switch out as much as a towel for our 2 night stay. Will never be back.

Awful, derelict hotel with no customer service.

The receptionist was nowhere to be found from 1am-2am while my family, grandparents and small children and I waited outside having been dropped off by the Uber. When she finally reappeared, she offered no apology or explanation for her absence. I contacted the hotel several times and no discount or refund was given. Additionally there was fecal matter and pubic hair in the bathroom. Disgusting!!!

Horrible the people in the front desk suck. Idk why y’all mad at the customer we did not tell you to get this job if you don’t want to check people in just find a new job. Just rude during the whole check in process like if I was doing something wrong by checking in.

Dirty rooms. Stuff smeared on the walls floors were disgusting furniture looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years finger prints all over everything make up smeared on the bed

Disappointing and frustrating. Did not stay. Went to another Hotel

Room was not in good condition. The mattress and mattress cover was badly stained. The window blinds had holes in them. After being moved to a different room that room had issues as well. The outlets did not work such that our devices could not be charged. Because we felt so uncomfortable and because the property was severely lacking in excellence we decided to cancel our reservation and go to another hotel.

Didn't meet my expectations.

I LIKED NOTHING, I've stayed at other Springhill properties and this one was definitely not up to the standards.

The water didn't get hot, the water also had a funny smell. There are no outlets to charge devices near the bed. The lights also near the bed didn't work. The property was very outdated.
