I loved the staff but we won’t book there again

Friendly staff, good coffee always in the lobby

Received the wrong type of room, not what I booked. Was corrected on the second day. I had to check out & remove all my stuff from the room & take it back down to the lobby before they could book the correct room. I got help but it was an inconvenience. I think they could have figured out an easier way. AC went out in the lobby but was fixed. People were sweating bullets trying to eat breakfast. Booked 3 people in the room but they always brought towels for 2 people. It’s kind of annoying to get back to the room late & have to get more towels. We couldn’t use a luggage cart because none were available both times I needed one. I don’t remember seeing any but my husband was told they had two but were being used.

Fantastic staff

The staff was great very courteous and helpful. the AC in the room was fantastic. Room was clean.

I wish there had been a small table in the room in order to place my laptop and to eat on but there was not and did not receive any clean towels are trash taken out or bed made on the 2nd day I was there. Price seemed a bit high.

We booked a room with a king size bed but they didn't have any available, the room we had was very nice.

Horrible Stay!

The room was filthy to say the least. The bedding was soiled with blood stains and some other brown stuff. I have pictures. The outlet in the room had something brown leaking out of it which cause me not to be able to use it to charge my phone. The phone in the room did not work. The toilet didn’t work properly.

Maroon won’t clean didn’t have enough towers mildew in the room it was just a mess A hot mess

Yeah different me I don’t eat pork and I don’t eat beef turkey sausage pancakes you can make yourself the breakfast but just wonderful. And the lady who prepared a breakfast was amazing

it was clean and staff were friendly

got a different room than I paid for but it was not a big deal. We were supposed to have a sofa bed but only got a lounge chair. We did not need it anyway

Our door kept getting stuck and made a horrible noise when opened and closed.

Complete a thorough inspection of your room before you put your down.

Breakfast was good.

My first room had ants near the window that travelled into my luggage. I was assigned a new room that smelled like collard greens.

Disappointing, we have stayed there before and this time was not up to previous stays.

The breakfast was fair, eggs overcooked and sausage lacking in taste. The first night the A/C didnot turn off and the unit was leaking into the carpet. TOO COLD

The greeting from the front desk staff when I arrived. The friendly staff. The appearance of the property, well lit parking lot, landscaping, updated decor and clean. In walking distance to Good company cafe- what a gem.

I selected this hotel because of the pool. Pool area was nice. The pool, however, disappointed the pool water had not been tended to, the murky water- is not the sparkling beautiful pool featured in your photos. Please add microwave popcorn to your mini store selections.

Very nice for 2 days. It was very peaceful.

The breakfast was good. I had yogurt, fruit, and cereal. My husband liked the waffle.

The bed was very hard.

Very good

Staff, cleanliness, breakfast, and the comfy bed.

Some maintenance suggestions: fix the loose safety handle in the shower/tub, fix the loose t.p. holder under the sink, and the lamps by the elevator are dated (shade retainers are n.g. as the threads are shot and do not tighten and stay fixed). The knob was on the floor presenting a trip hazard.
