Horrible and will not return

hotel location

I processed an online check-in, but needed a physical key. We arrived late night and the desk clerk was perturbed that I interrupted her night paperwork. After asking the identifying questions, she begrudgingly gave me a door key. No warm cookie nor warmer greeting. No key card holder. The bedding was missing from our room. My husband walked down to the front desk, asked about it, we were given it. The bed was hard as a rock and the sofa coach was super thin. The fridge had previous guest’s food left in it. We were never given a good morning or hello during our entire stay. I will NOT recommend or come back again.

I would probably not stay here again because I would be afraid another room would be the same way.

The staff was great. The house keeper was super nice and tried her best to get rid of the smell.

The staff was great but the room itself smelled very badly, the ceiling was falling in and there was obvious mold. The smell would not go away, the housekeeper was kind and sprayed some odor ban and it would take away the smell for an hour or so then it was back. I had to keep the door open to try and air the room out. The smell was so bad that it made us nauseous. I did not ask to be moved as my daughter was on the same floor for a cheer competition so I did not want to be put on another floor but I did have to let them know it smelled awful and again the staff was great but the room was terrible. The floors were so bad that walking from the bed to the bathroom my sons feet were brown.

The bed is comfortable, the staff is amazing. Beyond that, I wouldn’t go back.

It was off the high way

The outlet in the bathroom had a prong sticking out of it. The shower needed to be deep cleaned, the buffet was blah, especially for 20 bucks. Every thing was just outdated. Needs a massive remodel. Especially at the price.

Terrible experience after trying to reason with hotel a booking it was a huge disappointment.

Beds were comfortable an it was quite to outside noise. Staff was friendly.

First room air was not kicking on a was so hot when we walked in an had to be moved to a second room. Several vents in that room did not work. It finally cooled down some but not great. Grease was in the carpet a not cleaned well. Their was dirty yellowish soap scum in shower a was nasty. Ceiling tile was left undone where it appeared grease came from a was just a big turn from. It was to be a special two night anniversary trip an we ended after that first night an we were still had to pay almost full price for the room with very little discount for that one terrible experience. I communicated all this to BOOKING AND HOTEL AN NEITHER BACKED DOWN ON THAT DESPITE ME PROVIDING PICS TO CR AN HOTEL MANAGEMENT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EITHER COMPANIES NOW.

Room was clean and quiet

Front desk staff weren't very friendly. I was told my room didn't include breakfast even though my reservation said that it did. I didn't feel like arguing with them.

The stay wasn't worth the pay. They gave me a room with no air was slow with providing another one!!

Didn't purchase breakfast...

Customer service was terrible at check-in.. the housekeepers couldn't speak English...I was also over charged... I wouldn't recommend this hotel if your looking for a comfortable stay!!!! The pool wasn't even cleaned on a daily basis.Had to change rooms(no air) it also had an unpleasant smell! The carpets were badly stained! There was no duvet... the insert was between two flat sheets!!! Never again!!! They're website needs to be updated as well

It was good overall and I would try you again. I’ll bring my cleaning products, just in case.

The breakfast was okay. It has been about three years since staying at this location. I think there was other breakfast choices last time. The price is higher.

The room had hidden dust, dingy looking large towels. The main kicker is the toliet, it wasn’t clean with a brown stain on the lid and it look like nobody scrubbed the inside of the toliet in a while. I think that end room is where an employee goes regularly to use the bathroom.

Poor weekend service

The location was good for what we were needing.

Both mattress covers were dirty. There was what looked to be a vomit stain on the floor between both beds (as if someone vomited and hit the mattress covers and the floor). We found a previous visitors' socks on the window sill. There was an outlet cover missing. The thermostat did not work - we had it set on 60 for then 48 hours of our stay, and we were still sweating in the room. The showers were luke warm. We were not planning to have breakfast on-site as we had packed our own, but upon arrival, the receptionist mentioned breakfast. I asked it if it was complimentary because I didn't think it was. She said, "Yes! It's included in your rate." I asked if she was sure, and she said yes again. Three of us ate there on Friday morning. We just told them our room number and said it was included in the rate, and they said ok. On Saturday morning, four of us ate there, and they brought a bill out to me. I said, "This should be included in our room rate." And the manager shrugged me off and said,"Yeah, but I still need a signature." I did not sign the receipt. I went to the main desk and asked this new receptionist. She said she didn't know who had told me that and there weren't any notes on the account, so it was owed. I told her that if I had known the subpar breakfast was not included in our room rate, our family would have gone elsewhere, and all five of us would have gotten what we wanted. My husband then asked for a manager, and she said there weren't any on site. He asked her to call one, and she said she couldn't call them during off hours. He finally demanded, and a manager (the same one that gave me the bill) showed up to the front desk. She also argued with us over whether or not we had been told the breakfast was complimentary. 30 minutes later, they finally wrote off the bill AFTER I shared photos of the condition of the room. The Friday night receptionist was kind and beyond courteous!!

The pool is not working but they advertise pool. The sink in the bathroom drained slow. The phone in the room did not work.

Spend your money elsewhere. Construction at the entrance and no signs to let you know how to get in.

The shampoo, conditioner and lotion.

No breakfast, not enough bath towels, no linens for the pull out sofa. I had to go to the desk to ask for linens. I got a small blanket and one fitted sheet, no pillow or flat sheet. The lady at the desk didn’t seem very happy. She needs some customer service training. The beverage vending machine was completely empty.

We really enjoyed the beautiful, convenient room.

Beautiful two room suite that was very comfortable.

After returning to our room at 10:15 pm and getting ready for bed we discovered that the temperature controller was not working properly. The temperature was a bit warm but we were unable to cool it off. We were tired snd did not wish to call anyone about this problem at this hour. We just retired to bed.

The pool was gross. There was a sheen of solidified oily substance in the pool. There was a power cord in the pool while people were swimming. Staff person said "oops, that's a lawsuit waiting to happen." The air unit in the room was not cooling the room. The HVAC unit was leaking from the ceiling water all over the floor. Asked the front desk for a new room, and she had an attitude. Hastily, she said, "Whatever is wrong with the room, maintenance can fix it." We suffered in the room for another hour. I packed my stuff and went to the desk and finally received a new room. However, this room also had an air unit that was not cooling the room. It stayed 75 in the room. Housekeeping left garbage, sheet, and iron tables in the hallway. It was absolutely disgusting. I would like a refund. I do plan on calling corporate.

Very disappointed

We didn't get checked in until an hour after hour set check-in date due to rooms not being ready. I felt like an email should have been sent out saying check in will be delayed. When we finally made it to our room, we had to go back down to the front desk to get towels and cover because they only put enough for two people when we told them four. The air conditioner and toilet were so loud. The staff was not so great they offered some people refreshments but not everyone also when we asked for the extra cover we were told they might not have any because they gave them all out. Keep in mind that we had a sweet that at this point was very overpriced and outdated. Definitely won't be returning in the future. The only semi great thing was the location.

Good and comfortable hotel, but could do with some TLC.

Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Outside of the building (incl pool area) has seen better days and could do with some TLC. Inside looks much better. Breakfast was not great, and temperature in the dining area was freezing.

EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL!!

I enjoyed everything from the showers in the room to the bartender at the bar.

While I know it isn’t anyone’s fault except the person who does the ordering but when we went to eat breakfast they didn’t have any milk or bagels and that’s what we initially came down for was bagels and my kids wanted milk.
