We enjoy the pool, breakfast.

Close to our activities. Easy off the highway

Hot tub is broken for the past 5 years. The pool area was dirty. We saw a used bandaid on the pool floor that was there the 5 nights we used the pool and a clump of hair and whatever near the shower that was there every day. Lead us to believe no one cleans the area around the pool. Gross

Overpriced and not worth it

The location was convenient

We used the elevator, which was a bit sketchy, it felt like it was going to collapse with us in it, and when we finally got to the third floor it was stiflingly hot. We were sweating by the time we got to our door. Once in the room we noticed that instead of a pair blackout curtains we had one blackout panel and a towel (that didn’t even cover the window) that was going up using safety pins. When my husband when downstairs he said there wasn’t a worker in sight and when he thought maybe they were outside smoking he noticed that the pool stairs were wrapped with caution tape.

Clean and affordable

easy access to town. we needed to find dinner. No problem.

the second drawer on the dresser wouldn’t stay closed. an easy fix, should have been fixed.

Don't stay here, if cleanliness matters

It was close to our house

Place was filthy, run down. Only rented for pool, to find out pool was out of order and had been for a month. Everything from lobby to rooms were dirty. No ice machine except on main floor, vending machines were about empty.

Pleasant

We went to this one specifically due to the pool and the hot tub instead of the little place next door that is cheaper but super nice as well but no pool or hottub. Both were out of order only knew because of a small note on counter. No ice machine on 2nd floor our sink barely worked took us several moments to figure out how to get it to turn on even due to something wrong with the handle and the bathtub didn't drain properly I took a bath last night still had 2 inches of water in it this morning so taking a shower was kind of gross as it just got higher and higher and yes the lever was down to drain. We tried many times. The toilet is very very short im only 5 foot and felt like I was free falling downward to sit down my husband is over 6 foot so that was very I interesting to say the least amd the TV was tiny. We won't be back unfortunately next door is nice clean spacious big tvs never had an issue with plumbing or water and way cheaper.

Disappointing

The gathering area was nice, although it could use a dusting. Breakfast was great! The bacon was perfectly crispy.

The pool was out of service when we got there. Had I known, we would have stayed elsewhere. The room I was in needed to have the toilet flapper replaced. We had to take the lid off the tank and manually lift the plug to flush the toilet. The rooms had old peeling, soiled wallpaper. The second room I booked had a sour-laundry smell and needed to be vacuumed.

The room was very comfortable except for one bed.

The breakfast, the pool and the location.

one of the queen beds was very noisy and the mattress was terrible! when I moved in the bed it made a lot of noise plus it was like trying to sleep on a slip. I had to sleep on the other side of the bed away from the lamp area and end table which was not convenient for me since I have to drink water during the night. Another problem was the bath tub was slippery and I’m 74 years young. I went to the Dollar General and bought a shower mat for $7.50. We really enjoyed the pool. This was our 3rd stay there and the hot tub has never been working.

Very poor

There was a bunch of kids above our room running and stomping so badly it kept waking our 11 month consulted the front desk and was told they would call them but nothing ever stopped. We ended up getting a room change the next night. But when i was going downstairs there was a worker showing a king suite to an older could who asked how much the room would be the worker said it was 140 but she could get them down to 115 if they wanted to take the room. I was quite annoyed by that because i had just spent 140 to stay there for 2 separate days the first being a horrible experience and Noone could discount my stay whatsoever. It didn't matter to anyone that our stay was disturbed in many ways. I also ran out of gas with my 11 month in the car and my boyfriend in the room and called the hotel literally 50 times and not a single person could answer the phones. It would ring and ring and then hang up on me and I'd try again for nothing to happen. It was sad that this was such an awful time. I like your hotels but may never stay at one again for these reasons

we booked property because of indoor pool but we got there and pool was closed.

pool was closed and website did not reflect that.

Pleasant

Breakfast had some good choices available and the staff was always helpful and friendly.

Had to evacuate for a fire and this was handle ok but we did not return as we had to take our young children somewhere warm.
