Great stay in a clean room and wonderful breakfast Would stay here again

The location was really good and the check-in staff was really helpful with recommendations for places to eat. Room very clean and large. Breakfast was great.

Really nothing - maybe the pillows could have been a bit firmer but no big deal

Perfect choice for my trip to the USAF Museum.

Large rooms, comfy bed and pillows, well appointed. Plenty of breakfast, polite staff, parking just out front.

ok for a night

Nice bed and room not bad.

Paper thin wall and doors. I could hear thr neighbors every step, voice, wc visit and so.. as if they were in my room.

Bathtub and shower seemed older. Breakfast should have been kept stocked with plates and cups and food. I booked with booking.com and prepaid for the room, but also got charged for the room when I checked in, so I was double charged.

Good value for the money. GREAT breakfast

Breakfast was excellent. Well stocked and many choices. Hot foods

EVERYONE in the group woke up with a crick in their necks.

Short stay - 9:00 pm and left by 8:00 am. Warm room, comfortable bed, didn't try the breakfast.

I liked that my room was warm (it was cold outside) and that the lights were on. I liked the location they put me in. It was quiet even though there were teen basketball players in the building.

I have never been in a room where there is visible dust on the furniture. Like it hadn't been used for a while. Also, I didn't have a hairdryer. Received one from the front desk.

Not accessable for people with disabilities despite being disabled friendly.

Nice wide space for the wheelchair.

Refrigerator not working, no walk-in shower for a disability room, no wheelchair accessible way into the eating area, no trays for a person in a wheelchair to take breakfast back to their room.

Exceptional

The manager was wonderful. Rochelle, the evening desk attendant was so kind and really took care of my sons and I We stayed a week and a half for the holidays (on vacation visiting family) and it was a wonderful stay. The breakfast was so good and lots to chose from. The breakfast cook/ attendant was also so welcoming. Thank you Englewood Ohio Best Western for a great stay!
