HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! NO A/C STAFF DIDNT CARE!!! WANT A REFUND!!!!WILL BE CALLING PROPERTY MANAGER!!!

Rooms we ok could be cleaner

NO A/C AND STAFF DIDNT GIVE A DAMN. KEPT MAKING EXCUSES AND KYING SAYING IT WAS FIXED. ROOM WAS 82 HALLWAY WAS 91 UNEXCEPTABLE !!! WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!! AND EXPECT A REFUND!!!!.

Extremely disappointed

The location of our room. The staff helped as much as they could

It was 80 degrees in my room from Thursday night till Sunday morning when we left. No one could fix the issue and I was unable to use my balcony. I was given a portable air conditioner that did nothing for the room. I have a 1 year old that if he gets to hot gets seizures and no one seemed to try and fix the issue

Worst stay waste of money ruined the first vacation in 3 years

Air didn’t work room was 84 for the entire stay 2 nd room we had door wouldn’t lock due to a portable air conditioner in the sliding door and my daughter had my 2 yr old granddaughter with her . Staff lied about air being fixed . We were informed this morning at ck out when I said something about the air still not working that it was never fixed floors 3-5 had no air called front desk last night said we can have someone fix it on Monday ummm it’s Friday and we leave tomorrow

Staff keeping people informed about air conditioning not working and not lieing to people about it being fixed information about ur door don’t lock to the balcony before cking in

Close to beach n friendly staff , whom tried to be helpful

We paid in full 3 months in advance , and requested certain rooms And they Did not give us any of the rooms requested , walls were in need of repair , rugs were filthy , all bathroom facilities didnt work properly , we had no phone in room that worked , asked for a working phone and Never received one , so we couldnt call front desk in case of emergency ! Staff are all over worked with conditions there !

Had a wonderful stay at Bonita Beach!

Check in with Sondra was a breeze! She was super nice and helpful! She was very efficient at her job and made our check in extremely smooth! Thank you!

The staff is always friendly, in the mornings you have a great view of the sunset, and the rooms have a full sized refrigerator.

Could use a little updating and the beds were not comfortable.

Location.

Ceiling leaked from the bath above us. Entry door dragged across the floor when opening/closing and made a horrible noise. Reported it the first day. No one ever came to repair or even check on. Limited parking.

front desk was nice , quick and easy

The hotel room itself is dated. The money your spending, the bathroom was dingy with weird marks all over the mirror, carpet and furniture hasn’t been replaced since these hotels have opened. Our room faced a parking lot pool from a neighboring hotel. For $1000 for 3 nights., we (the public) should expect more from OC hotels in general. i could of stayed in Key West with breakfast , a beautiful salt water pool with tropical flowers /palms and an updated beautiful room for 4 nights at same price. it’s a joke.

it was okay. a bit expensive for the stay

I liked the location and the balcony and certain staff were great help

it had a foul odor especially on the fourth floor. could not take advantage of the pool since people in there had inner tubes and pool toys that took a lot of space. we also tried to do laundry and the washer was not working properly so we had to cancel other plans to rewash clothes

was dirty,hairy pool,dirty room and whole hotel,staff was nasty and rude including manager ,hotel towed my car while I was staying in hotel and cost me $385 + almost damage my car from towing and now costing me $3500,spent $1600 to stay in hotel spent almost 2 days straighting out everything about my car and we left day early cuz A/C broke in our room and they didn't have anybody to fix our A/C?property manager was very rude when I ask him to bring my car back from towing company he said it's my problem not his so I said we don't wanna stay here anymore would like to get our money back then he said I don't care if we stay here or not and not getting any money back?I will not recommend anyone to stay here at Bonita beach hotel

Good value for price.

I loved that the room was large and very comfortable for my family of 4. It I think it would do for a family of 6! The check in staff were very hospitable and gave us our room over 2 hours before check in time. The hotel was generally quiet, so we slept well. The beach was very close. The swimming pool was clean and the sun deck enjoyable. I appreciated the large Fridge in our room which was cold enough to freeze drinks!

The shower head was old and the AC a little noisy. The hotel arcade had two real games and not much fun. The phone did not work but the check in staff gave us a mobile number to contact for questions.

Disappointing

close to everything

loud people at 3am, room dirty with long white hairs in bed, on carpet, under television and on a towel also states heated pool and it was ice cold.

The lady at the desk didnt let us check when coming from the airport. An when i called they said i can check once i arrive to the hotel my plan landed at 12:30am told the people i will get to the hotel at 3:00am the dude said thats fine

Ms. Sandra was supportive and helpful upon checking in and checking out. Room was neat and clean.

Air conditioning unit was noisy. Would have liked to have a burner or hot plate to warm/cook food. Would have liked more and/or brighter lighting and more electrical outlets.
