The pools, slides, bar, food, and staff in the pool area. Beds are comfortable. Clean sheets and towels. Resort views of the mountains were amazing!
Suites are dated. Carpet was filthy. Little critters everywhere in the kitchen and bathroom.

Terrible smell in hallways.
Smelled like a cheap industrial deodorizer.
Made us want to vomit every time we walked through the hallways to & from the room.
Pool closes at 10pm

The room was spacious and well furnished, we were very comfortable. The pool was large and had plenty of chairs and the kids LOVED the water slide. The staff was friendly and attentive.
The pool furniture is a bit old and could use a refresh but then the price would probably go up so it’s fine 😆

Great facilities for a family stay. The kids loved the pool and the indoor basketball court. Perfect family friendly spot.
The rooms are tired. Quite dated and in need of a refurb. If we didn't have a car the location would have been difficult to manage but with a car it was a short drive into town.

i keep coming back to this resort because of the pool, it’s Pool bar. i love it.
this time (been here many times before with no issues) but this time i didn’t like the toilet’s water flushing all night and day, patio door was extremely hard to open, no toaster.

I liked that the parking was under the building you stay in. I also enjoy the full kitchen and balcony.
I wish after checkout there was an option to either pay to stay at the pool longer or pay in advance.

Clean wise it could've been a bit better found a couple things that simply might of been missed. There was noise outside the room in the hallways during the day but at night it was quiet. Overall everything was nice. Nice views, nice rooms, comfy. I LOVED that there was a kitchen(villa/studio). I've always tried to stay here but never had the chance until now and we LOVED it!!

The location is central. The pool, if you have kids, is large. The grounds are well kept. The room had a mini kitchen. The price was $64 a night but there are hidden fees. On site massage and spa. Good water pressure. There is a bar/restaurant in the pool area. If you are a family and have kids, this is a perfect place for you. Key card always worked.
Check In: I arrived at 3:30 pm and they did not have a room available for me although I had prepaid. It was not until 5pm (at which time I had to leave for a dinner engagement) that I was given a room. It was NOT the room I booked. The Room: 2105 is a handicap room with a roll in shower (no bathtub) whose shower head was so low that I had to stoop. The pool area is swarming with kids. The kids are running, screaming and I saw a few peeing in the pool and jacuzzi's. Security is walking around but they are not monitoring the kids. While I was in the Jacuzzi a woman brought in her baby which was wearing a diaper. Brown poop leaked from the edge of the diaper. The woman looked at me, waved her hand to dilute the poop and said, "see, its ok now.". I left the Jacuzzi and did not return. The Jacuzzi smells as if you are in warm bleach. I think they do that due to some of their guests using it as a toilet. The quiet time is supposed to be from 10 pm to 8 am. Sadly I did not experience that. DO NOT PARK IN THE UNDERGROUND GARAGE. I returned to my 2021 Subaru to find my passenger front door badly dinged and scratched. This is a TIME SHARE HOTEL which is also not discussed in the listing. Horrific Cell and WIFI reception.

We had good service. They had a nice pool with good food and drinks. The staff was very friendly too. Their beds were comfortable and the space was nice with the kitchen. We loved the room and pool.
Garage parking was difficult. The parking space was tight.

kimberly from front desk lied to me and we were stuck in a suite with a street view for taking her word. she put zero notes and our room was given away. I disliked the position she put me in, we were with the kids more than 2 hours away from home and we had no choice but to stay. Had I been told I would not get a poolside view room I would’ve canceled. When we checked out their system was down and half of the trip home I spent on hold because Stephanie also from front desk couldn’t find our room to check us out. I honestly believe she was doing it just to irritate us. Daniel and Jake were great and so was the lady that checked us in!

Very pleasant - pool area was not crowded - room was good
There is one bar in the pool area which serves drinks and food - but this, for some peculiar reason, shuts at 7pm. So if you want a beer or food with a glass of wine after that then you are snookered with the only answer being a cab into town. Why can the pool bar not stay open until 10pm - I was not the only guest who found this a mystery. I will not return to this establishment because of this - too many other options.

We get up too late for breakfast, the drinks & food were good around the pool
We asked repeatedly to get a late check out which we were totally prepared to pay for but were denied. Check in is 10 an & check out 4pm , yet the latest they let us stay was 11am! That is normal check out for most places

I love how chill and family friendly it is. The drinks at the bar were way better than other places we’ve stayed. The lady that checked us in was so friendly and the room was massive for the price. It was fantastic for our family of 6.
The food is a little bit bland.
