Most incredible rate I have ever gotten. The staff was friendly at check in and they helped make my stay super comfortable.
I didn’t like that they started to require a $50 deposit that could only be paid with a credit card. It never mentioned that on booking.com

the room i stayed in had no fridge, reeked of cigarettes and broken dreams (it was a non-smoking room).

Nothing. Full of homeless including the swimming pool

Tranquilo, muy relajante, sin ruido o gritos afuera

The staff was great and professional.
The phone in room 127 was not working. Should there be an emergency of some sort, there would not be a method of getting in touch with medical assistance other than running down to the main office asking for help. Sometimes seconds count in a life or death matter. Please address this type of situation.

Is pretty calm no homeless around quiet easy to sleep
Young guys on the stairs smoking drugs

Room was clean and a/c worked well. The laundry room was also clean and there were always machines available. Office staff was friendly and helpful.
Some guests didn't adhere to the leash rules for their dogs and just let their dogs run free. I have two small dogs and don't like when people with large dogs don't put their animals on leashes. Sometimes dogs would run up on my dogs and startle them.

Front desk man was on drugs, scary experience. People staying at this Hotel looked unsafe and scary.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo e posizione, personale gentile e disponibile.
La pulizia non ottimale, stanza un po’ polverosa, tenda della doccia sporca, comodino macchiato, capello sulle lenzuola che tuttavia parevano pulite

3.4
Quiet location with plenty of parking and a pool, good value
3.4
Property was clean and centrally located
For the price, NOT a good deal. No refrigerator. Cheap uncomfortable table to work on. Noisy client: music and visitor traffic all night, impossible to sleep. Desk person unfriendly and bad attitude. Felt like something that was next to a Greyhouse station with street people hanging around all nite.

Got jumped by homeless on the property didn't like much the pool was clean
No homeless and the rooms stunk of cat piss

Fast process to receive room
Pool was closed

That there wasn’t a closed closet where someone could hide.
Turning on the faucet in the bathroom sink was literally like being sprayed by a hose. The water pressure was waayyyyy to high.
When showering & turning on the water, the drain smelled of sewage. The cloth shower curtain is disgusting. Can tell that it hasn’t been washed and smelled of mildew.
The property is UNSAFE for single females. Even though my family and I were in separate close rooms, I still felt unsafe. There are MANY single men that stay at this property and they give off extremely PERVERT vibes. I caught various men spying on me to see which room I entered. I felt so unsafe that I did not walk the property alone. The first day I did, but I noticed a crack head circling the area I was at, at least 3 times. He didn’t leave me alone until he saw my dad join me & then stared at me from his room when I was at the pool (which was also dirty) and I did not go in.
I literally felt so unsafe here that every time I returned to my room, I always checked underneath the bed.

Inexpensive, quiet and friendly. If it had been cooler, it would have been a relaxing place to sit outside.
Long way from I-10 going east. Easy to get lost going back to I-10 (my fault, L didn't ask). Maybe a small map like the car rental maps would have helped. Only one ice machine was working.

Staff was friendly and nice
I can not believe I paid $1000 for 3 nights for this place... No iron, no hair dryer, no closet, no fridge, no shampoo, no body wash in the rooms. I get it it is Coachella weekend, but if you charge $1000 for 3 nights, please put one of these in the rooms at least.

Front desk
Dirty floors, no toilet paper, towels or soap??? I had to go to the front desk to retrieve them. Broken shower curtain.

Clean room
Bed and pillows were too big. They were not uniform in size. We only had two pillows and we needed more available in room. It was late when we realized this and did not want to go downstairs to get more.
