It was close to the mall area. Close to touristic sites.
I wish I had a balcony. Didn’t refill with body soap.

Clean
No amenities, like coffee in room. Or breakfast

Great location
Very clean

Clean and comfortable room.
There was a surprise $25 destination fee we had to pay upon arrival. I already paid a $25 resort fee when I booked the hotel on booking.com. Surprise fees and unnecessary fees always suck.

that the room was super clean and had lots of room.
I really can't think about what I didn't like if I'm being honest.

To get to the convention center, is very close, about 5 minutes walking.
Located downtown, is close to the Union Station and other important icons such as the court house or the Senate.
The hotel charged us 100 USD / per person for a deposit that they should have told us at the check-in, but they didn't, and in the end, they insisted that they had done it.

Clean and friendly staff
The pillows were too soft for my neck. Noise from outside. City construction going on.

Nice feel to the hotel, pleasant rooms
3 cockroaches in our bathroom, blood stains on the pillow case. Reception’s reaction “oh”.

Location
I spent there 3 days and they never clean the room or at least change the towels.
I paid a good amount for this stay including the use of the pool and it was closed, however I paid the same amount.

The woman who worked the Night Shift at the check in desk was awful to us. My friend didn’t know she had to notify her bank that she was in another state and her card wasn’t going through. The woman didn’t want to give us any other options to help us, because the only other option was to sleep in our vehicle until the next morning when we could call my friends bank. Luckily I asked for the manager and she stepped in and helped us. I’m grateful for the manager considering we’re young women and we’re worried we weren’t going to be without a place to sleep. It was a very scary thought to think that we’d be stranded in another state with nowhere to sleep.

This hotel is very nice and located In a great area. The rooms are clean. The only problem we had was that the people beside us seemed to have a party . When we informed the lobby they were quick to send a security guard to ask them to quiet down. Overall a very good hotel if you’re visiting or passing by Denver.

It was fine.
Staff was grouchy. I understand being overwhelmed e wise it was a booked out night due to a Taylor swift concert, but I didn’t deserve to be treated with frustration and annoyance due to staff being stressed.

Location was excellent
No value for money. They didn’t change towels, shower drain was very slow so we had to stand in dirty water, no city view which was why the rates were higher for that room.

the staff was rude and snobby. especially the attendants at the front desk. they weren’t helpful at all. the restaurant staff was awful. the waiters argued in front of us bc no one wanted to serve our table. they even did a paper, rock scissors game to see who would take the table. it was awful!

Room, location, friendliness of staff
Basic wi-fi was not good at all. I shouldn't have to pay for extra wi-fi to take a zoom call. I tested the speed and every time it was less than 10mbps.

Rooms are nice. Good location.
Breakfast is too expernsive for the cost you pay for the room. The front desk specifically the Caucasian women were not very friendly.

It was a nice view, and the room was clean.
The shower didn't drain very fast. The thermostat on the heater seemed like it wasn't working well, which made the room a little chilly.

There was no restroom on the Lobby level.
