The breakfast was superb, the best scrambled eggs I have ever eaten. The dinning area was beautiful as well as comfortable. Conveniently located with ability to walk and sightsee. Safe area and extremely diverse.
The Ice Machine never worked on the 5th floor…The rooms were not straightened daily…towels were not stocked. The bathroom sliding door was load and not level or something. The toilet clogged twice. The one ply toilet paper was awful and rough. The beginning was rough in that my husband made the reservations and since he was not with us, the man at the front desk was not going to allow us to register even though I had my husband’s credit card, he flipped it back and refused to allow me to use it, even when I gave him my identification…he flipped it back at me…reminding me I wasn’t my husband…I have used his card for 40 years! The maid when asked made the bed but did not change the sheets. We were not given a room with a couch and amenities that we had initially paid for. My husband had to continually call the hotel. Lastly although the breakfast was excellent there was never any bacon served…the ham cubes were awful, grissely

Free breakfast was good--not gourmet but had all that one would need to get going. Friendly staff, spacious room that was unexpectedly quiet! Downtown location was excellent. I would stay there again.
Parking rates were in line with others, but still excessive. Sorry, but I'd have given a 10 if not for that.

I like how it was convent to walk to things around downtown. It was also very easy to drive to different locations around Denver. It was a perfect central location.
The breakfast was varied everyday and it was hot and delicious. Many hotel only give prepackaged food for breakfast and it isn’t great. This was a wonderful deal to be included with the price of the room. I have been to Denver many times but I hadn’t stayed downtown. So I was able to see things I never saw before.

The location is the main attraction for me. Very convenient to everything I enjoy about Denver.
I suppose the price will always be an issue with anywhere you were to stay.

The breakfast was very good, the location was great, within walking distance of the mall and of the downtown area in general. The front desk attendant was very helpful.
The valet was very expensive.

The breakfast was great and had a great variety. The pool area was nice. I like the fact that the pool was heated and hot tub was very warm, although the floor was a bit slippery. the room was spacious and very clean. Only downside was no free parking.

Location is good
My room didn't get cleaned when requested. Not the cleanest room I have ever been to. Front desk staff forgetting about things you requested

Staff was very helpful.
Elevators stink (smell). Mattress long overdue for replacement. Room surfaces not the cleanest. Sink and toilet have restricted drain flow.

The location is great. Downtown Denver (LoDo?) Right next to 16th st mall which is full of shopping and restaurants. Easy transportation from the airport connecting to the free mall bus.
The room itself was subpar. The layout was so strange it was off putting. The bathroom door was a solid wood panel that slid open or closed (no lock and it didn't actually close all the way.) The bathroom didn't have a vent. The shower wall only covered 2/3 of the shower with no curtain or door so the shower experience was very cold and drafty.
This would not be a good hotel to stay at if you rent or bring a car. Forced - expensive valet. But, downtown Denver (thankfully, actually) isn't very car friendly. Expect $40+ per day parking or valet.

location and breakfast
every promise was broken by different people at the front desk. Took four trips to my room for the key to work. shower head was broken. was promised extra points for inconvenience during the stay and never received them.

The room was very clean.
Homeless came in to help theirselves to breakfast. Parking costs were astronomical at $54 dollars. One of the employees banged on our door at 630am and then opened our door with his swipe card. We had the safety lock engaged. He did the same thing to the guest next door.

This venue is exceptional and it really convinced me to become a member now. The breakfast was plenty and with a variety of products. I was so pleased that they had non dairy options. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The fitness center was big, clean and with many different kinds of machines.
