Horrible!

This property was in the middle of nowhere. The room was infested with ants and we never got hot water the entire stay. They had to give us the keys to another room Daily to take showers. The first room they sent us to didn’t have hot water either. They kept promising to spray for the ants but never did. There were hundreds of ants in our food in the morning. The front desk was nonchalant and acted as if our issues were normal. When I went to the front desk to complain another guests was complaining about other issues. He was Caucasian and received an apology. We are African American and received no apology even after I stated that we didn’t received any type of apology. Shocked that a Marriot property was like this. We will never return!

Overall it was a very pleasant experience. We would love to come back!

The breakfast was really good. Plenty to choose from. The staff was so accomaddating. I was there with a lot of small children and and the staff was quick to help us with whatever small crisis came up.

We really would have been able to use the pool. We were disappointed it was closed.

We took pictures of the room for what we paid for not worth the money

Location and the. Breakfast. The breakfast staff was awesome especially Brittany very helpful.

The bathroom have mold. Took pictures of everything. The room was cleaned properly they left food in the cabinets and the toaster was filthy. Missy dinner plates mix match missing pot to cook rice. The refrigerator bottom door cracked. Hole in the wall. The pullout couch is extremely uncomfortable and you can feel the springs. The door doesn't work properly OSHA violation if there was a fire we will be stuck. OSHA violation .

I’ve stayed at the facility many many times but but since the pandemic. The rooms need a lot of work. Everything was worn and needs replacing. A/C was not working properly .

Not bad after getting in ou room.

The apartment was nice and we had a nice breakfast.

We arrived at 4:30 and our room wasn’t ready even though check in was supposed to be at 4:00. We had to be somewhere soon,so we had to change in the car and couldn’t check in until we got back around 11:00.

Don’t stay there

Worst experience! I was there for the night of my wedding and we got ready for our wedding there. We requested a late check out. We were told to check out by 1pm. We were late 15 mins cleaning out the rooms and making sure we didn’t leave a mess behind or forget anything in the craziness of a WEDDING DAY! We were never refunded the deposit money because we checked out “late” when i reached out to the facility. They said thank you for your feedback!! It was not a feedback. We want our deposit back. Also not to mention the amount of times we were harrassed by a supervisor to clear the room even though the front desk staff agreed to the late check out. We had trouble checking in because one person said my maid of honor can check in for me as i was far and the rest of my bridal party arrived before me. When they got there they wouldn’t let them in!! Communication among staff is non-existent!! Very unprofessional.

Huge disappointment!

Room was damp and smelled. The HVAC vent in the bedroom had dark particles around it and on the ceiling. We woke up with sore throats and checked out a day early. The hotel did not refund even a portion of the second day. Said it was their new policy.

Meet my expectations.

Everything but the parking. After visiting family and returning around 10PM I had trouble finding parking close to my room. I had to park in other sections of the facility.

I had mentioned too the representative from Booking.Com I had gift cards from the Marriott. When I checked in the representative told me could not use them because I didn't book my room directly with the Marriott. Next time I will not use Booking.com.

11/21- hated the fact -bagged breakfast was ONLY between 6am-8am ! whereas everyone other establishment serves breakfast til 11am! we stayed for two nights we received one small muffin, yogurt mini size, thin granola bar, green orange, water! coffee was ONLY available until 11am ! room had no creamer room had no body lotion room is not changed everyday
