good and clean location.
The beds need new matrasses. Also breakfast was typical but nothing to brag about. Place was packed, we ended up eating our breakfast in the lobby along with 4 other families. Coffee was not available, ditto hot water. Receptionist acted like I was bothering her when I told her the coffee and hot water needed to be refilled.
4.5
Exactly as advertised. A clean, quiet room (good size). Very efficient check in. Breakfast was good.
A little hard to find. Not walk to anything. No car chargers.
4.5
Clean, also comfortable bed compared to other hotels
The driveway is located right after a exit ramp so it was easy to miss. Also thought there would be more options for breakfast, it was better than nothing at all though!

I was not pleased at all with the fact I went to the staff and manager asking for a replacement mattress for the fold out couch/bed and no one helped. The mattress on that was absolutely unacceptable… there wasn’t even extra bedding for it.. When I confronted the manager in the morning the next day why no one came to help etc… The manager had the nerve to insult my intelligence, telling me that’s how it is and I refused to change rooms… i showed the manager there mattress and said go ahead you lay on it, and he wouldn’t even lay on his own mattresses… I am appalled at the unprofessional behavior and the unwillingness to help there customer especially when I explained I was only in the area for a family emergency.. no consideration, no compassion and no help. So, aside from that, the midnight front desk women put no shade on smoking pot in the side room with the whole lobby smelling like marijuana, the floors were musty and damp, the food was extremely cheap and basic and the hotel was overpriced for its amenities…. I’ve stayed around the world, and this is my first very bad review!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Not worth the price, stress or disappointment..

It was clean and roomy.
The pillows were awful and beds too soft.

the room was large and comfortable. location is perfect. bed was good.
there was no coffee available before breakfast (7 AM weekends) and in the room we had just one decaf and one regular coffee package. most motels we have stayed in have 24 hour coffee in the lobby or several packages of decaf and regular in the room. I guess you can tell we love our coffee!

everything was great except the price. even my fiancé thought it was way over priced. Just crazy

Clean with helpful, friendly staff. Floor layout fine
Small size room, couldn't see the TV from couch, banging noises above us all Friday night. The street entrance hard to find

The breakfast was miserable. The coffee was almost undrinkable. The food was substandard
The breakfast stunk. I received an additional charge of $127.00 that is unexplainable and I will dispute it with my credit card company and with Comfort Suites
3.5
Sufficient breakfast choices. Clean and comfortable.

The location was excellent. Easy in and out. The hotel is clean and the staff is very professional.
They should have one of those waffle making machines for breakfast.
