Enjoyed our stay cause it was close to the hospital and it was a decent room.

Good size room with a big bathroom. Staff at check in was nice.

We had one day that housekeeping did not clean our room so we had to go downstairs to get supplies cause we came back to the room pretty late. The next day our bed was made but not very neatly. Also they did not provide that small containers of shampoo and body lotion. Also, in the early morning we could hear heavy footsteps above our room. Not sure if it was housekeeping or tourists. Hard to sleep when you hear all that pounding of footsteps.

The room was fine.

The furniture is old anf uncomfortable. Having intrusive maid service is annoying. I also did not appreciate not knowing about the afdditional $80.00 I had to pay for parking. All fees should be transparent so I can agree to the fees before acceoting the location

Would be nice to have discounts for UCD patients.

Very close to UC Davis Medical Center. I had surgery there and this total was very convenient.

No breakfast for spouse waiting for my surgery across the street

Disappointed that Marriot hasn’t kept up this property!

The location to UC Davis medical center was perfect. The staff were very helpful.

The facilities are in need of updates and repairs! Our first room had a large wet spot under the a/c unit and the room smelled very musty. We were then moved to another room that was good until the toilet backed up twice. Also notice the toilet tank was leaking water on the floor. I mentioned this issue to the front desk when we checked out. We were also disappointed the jacuzzi was not operational.

My stay was comfortable but it could have been elevated with more cleanliness and amenities.

it’s proximity to UC Davis Health and the food offered at the Bistro.

The bed sheets, blankets, and towels were not clean. There was a hole in the comforter. Additionally, there was no body soap for the shower.

The pool is not heated as we were told the website offers a complimentary breakfast, the stuff offered for the complementary breakfast, paid extra for it never got it room was dirty TV did not come in and overprice parking

Passable

The rooms air conditioner was loud and did not hold the set temperature, so it was always either too cold or too hot One of the Queen beds appeared to have old sheets on it and that someone had slept in it. The housecleaning staff did not change the bed sheets during our stay.

Good stay Bathroom needs some TLC

Close to the hospital and a very nice market. could walk to both. People were nice. Room clean for the most part

One garbage can. Almost fell in the bathroom because the handicap shower flooded the tile floor. the shower itself was dirty and the bench was really dirty. I am able bodied don't mind using handicap-able rooms but... Only chair user would be safe in that shower

Their hospitality staff need to practice hospitality

The kitchen staff were the most helpful and nicest. They always provided quality service no matter what time of the day and the food was really good. The amenities were great and getting in and out of the hotel was easy.

The front desk staff when I checked in were minimally helpful. They just seemed stiff and unhelpful; almost bothered that I was checking in. The phones in the room don’t work and can’t call front desk staff. I had to call through my cell phone using the number that’s posted on Google not the phone number on the actual email reservation. The beds were stiff and not as comfortable.

I didn’t get the room I booked on booking, upon arrival I got a room at the very end of the hallway outdated equipment no view and ants.

Friendly staff and attentive.

My kids were swimming in the pool and another guest noticed someone defecated in the pool. Not the staff’s fault but nothing was done immediately to clean the pool other than close the area off. The room key reader battery was not working, the staff replaced the battery. The shower head fell off. Otherwise, decent accommodations and attentive staff.

It was a convenient place to sleep for the night.

I really liked the location as it was close to our family that lives in midtown

The hotel felt like it needs a lot of renovations and upkeep. Our bathroom ceiling had what looked like water damage. The shower curtain had a red stain on it as well.
