i had tro change rooms at 2;'43am cause some ROWDY GUESTS KEPT MAKING NOISE i called the front desk like 6 times olny to have little or nothing done

Great Place to stay

Room was clean, quiet & everyone was really nice, that matters in today's customer service world.

The hotel was under construction on the outside and it was hard to figure out how to get inside the entrance. The website didn't mention anything about construction.

It was too pricey for us not to get what we expected

The location was perfect though I didn’t know cash payment was not excepted didn’t know that chime cards wasn’t excepted we wasn’t informed that rooms were without microwaves we couldn’t sit on our balcony I’d just had surgery & wasn’t able to stand the light was blown on our balcony as well sitting on the balcony was our main reason for coming it was too pricey for us not to get what we expected

They were under renovation & we wasn’t informed

Nice hotel, will stay again.

The receptionist at 3PM on Saturday was very nice and professional. She is a keeper.

Hotel is under construction. That needs to be completed. asap.

I would not stay again at this Courtyard Marriott

The staff was nice and helpful.

I didn’t like the room smell and the furniture a bit worn. The beds was uncomfortable and I just couldn’t sleep. Also didn’t like that the rooms didn’t have any microwaves.

Didn’t notify of additional fees before check in, no cameras in the parking lot on one side. My car was hit and couldn’t even find out who did it because there were no cameras. Very disappointing. also no microwave…

Very convenient to the airport which is what we needed.

The location was good.

Up all night due to a running toilet in adjacent room. Shower door is backward. Have to get completely wet to turn on the shower and the water pressure is bad.

Wonderful value

I was so surprised by how clean and comfortable the hotel was. At that price it was a welcome surprise. I would and will stay there again when I visit my daughter at Clemson.

the staff are liars and not clear on information. also I had to send multiple emails JUST to be responded to and my charge was different from what I booked. i was told one thing and that didn’t happen. Hannah was the only person who understood that my situation didn’t make sense.

Amazing staff!

The room was just beautiful and the fact that the TV had multiple options for viewing was amazing.. I've stayed in Greenville now 4 times and this was by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at.

I didn't like how loud the air conditioning unit was or the fact that the toilet kept running through the night.

Great staff, great service, old room and facilities need maintenance and updating

Great location, everything you need very close by. Very large room with lots of space (we booked the suite). Wonderful staff, very friendly and professional and responsive.

The overall look and feel is just OLD. The room is dark, not well lit at all and most furniture just feels overused. Also, worst part, our toilet stopped up several times during our stay. We got to the point where we just decided not to use the toilet in our room and instead used the public toilet on the first floor near the pool. For some reason, the public toilet can flush and the one in our room was just no good at all.

The smell in the room was horrible and there was roaches in the shower. I would stay again since they fixed the issue. Staff was very nice.

Very good

There were no chairs on the balcony. Our T.V kept going out everytime we got into a good movie to watch.

The room was very cozy and romantic. The young lady that checked us in was very pleasant.
