Will not be staying there again.

It was clean and comfortable.

The staff were not friendly. The didn’t disclose that there wasn’t any technology available in the building (tv, WiFi). Fire alarm went off, heard her tell someone on the phone that it was a false alarm however people who had been awaken and went outside weren’t told. Staff were very unprofessional !!

Definitely not worth the money to stay here.

I will say that the location was close to the airport and the interstate so that was a plus.

We saw three Palmetto Bugs (big roachlike bugs) in the room, the A/C unit made loud vibrating noises, someone close to us was blasting loud music (couldn't tell if it was in the parking lot or in another room), and the TV remote would not work properly. They only offer an open internet network unless you want to pay for a premium network. I personally would not stay here again. Not worth $205 after taxes.

Convenient and could be a great place.

Very convenient location and friendly staff.

Breakfast was lame. Eggs were not great and not great care placed on the food situation.

The staff met every need of mine enthusiastically and with a smile. Been a long time since I had such great service!

Good clean room fast check in and out. Breakfast was decent.

Near airport and they acknowledge reservation by customer when I called. Was in late after midnight due to flight. Shuttle not available so late but booked Lyft which was easy. Shuttle to airport next day was good very accommodating.

Bath tub had no non slip mat which is dangerous when slippery.

Disappointed based on past experiences with Hampton Inn.

Convenient to my destination. Spacious room.

Hampton has cut way back on their amenities - 2 very small and thin bath towels, horrible bath products, no glass glasses, only paper cups no decaf coffee at breakfast. Small things but I paid over $234 a night and I would expect more.

Over all it was a good stay. We liked the location & the room was large & it was quiet on the floor.

We liked the location. WE were only around 6 miles from where our son lives so it was very convenient. The size of the room was perfect, a little bigger than most rooms that we have stayed in before at other hotels.

The lack of decaf coffee at the breakfast bar. Had decaf pods in our room but not at breakfast bar. I had requested room on 1st or 2nd floor & we ended up on the sixth floor. We were pleased with the room so it turned out to be fine. I couldn't get my charger to work in the room. Luckily I had enough power until I could recharge it.. at home.

There was a birthday party and the pool was full didn't get a chance to use it that had suck Housekeeping knocked on the door around 10 ish check out is 11 Communication between front desk and housekeeping suck because we called front desk to check out at 12 but housekeeping continues to knock on the door

Will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfy and clean, breakfast was great and to be close to the airport and on a busy road, it's overall quieter then I expected. The indoor pool, although a little chilly, was great for the kids and clean.

The hotel could have been one of my favorites, but disappointing and gross because of poor cleaning.

The layout and design of rooms is very nice. The front desk worker was very nice and helpful with switching rooms.

I had to switch rooms twice because the first two were gross: toothpaste on the mirror, gooey something on the table, grime and hair in soap dish, hair in the bed and toilet, several areas were clearly untouched by cleaners. Second room was even worst than the first. Our third room was better except that there were pee stains by the toilet so I gave up and cleaned it myself. What supposed to be a fun stay just felt uncomfortable because of low standards of cleaning.

I will not book this location again.

The room felt very stuffy, like the A/C didn’t work properly. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The price was too high for these missteps.
