Good location to visit the area.

Breakfast was good and the seating area was very quiet. Parking was easy and plenty of parking spaces.

The gym was pretty good but the pin to alter the weights was jammed into the weight stack and could not be moved.

Not bad but from experience you can do better

The view and the beds are comfortable and the breakfast was very nice

I expect a tub (like the pictures) but got a shower and my plans where to stay, relax for an important test, an not having to go out but there was no room service available to order from the bistro/kitchen downstairs after various attempts we had to order food the closest place was not good food at all( never order from the bigjhons or something like that pizza flyers people) and we end up having to drive to eat .. gym facilities where good a bit cold for a gym .. but nice .. put a squat rack for next time and a jacuzzi that would've compensate ;)

Dissapointing

Everything was clean.

Unfortunately, we had an issue regarding a payment that was in cash, and also charged in our room. Despite I signed the receipt, I also left money in cash and someone grabbed that. When we first call the hotel, the person in charge said what they sent to the bank was only the booking, nothing else. That was a lie. Next, the surveillance cameras didnt show any cash on the table, and they didnt show me those images, too bad.

Hotel cómodo con staff muy amable

Los cuartos son amplios, el hotel es muy bonito y el lobby es cómodo para estar con la familia. Lo mejor fue la amabilidad del staff del front desk y del restaurante.

Love this hotel. Would stay again.

The property was clean and well-kept. The room looked as if it had been renovated and fresh. The pool was a delight and full-sized. There were at least over eight adults and a few children in the pool at one time, and I did not feel overwhelmed or over-crowded.

The M Lounge breakfast and snacks were a great addition to our stay, which were included with our rooms. The only problem, booking.com description of the room was not correct and I did not get a room with a balcony. The title of the room stays king baloney. However, the desk attendee informed me the balcony must be in the description of room features. I was compensated for booking.com mistakes in the end with a discount/credit to my bill. I also felt safe staying at this hotel.

Superb

We’re Marriott Bonvoy members and recently joined because of excellent service. We travel a lot! We’re in hotels over 70 nights a year. Check out was horrible… Came to San Antonio to on a mini-vacation to celebrate my birthday. We requested a late checkout. We were told that we had a until 2:00pm without an additional $25.00 charge. Starting at 9:30am, someone knocked at our door every hour until 1:30pm. The manager came at this time with a staff member and asked when were we planning to leave. A politely told her what I all ready shared with you. Then, she told me about the penalty. I told her that there’s no problem. We had to get to the airport before 2:30pm and left as planned before 2:00pm without being charged a penalty of $25.00. Wasn’t happy about this. Made it to the airport and turned the rental car in at 2:25pm.
