It was ok but for the money I could of stayed somewhere nicer

Good location breakfast was good and had variety

Whole floor and room smelled funny more like motel 8 with the name of Hilton facility needs updates

I enjoyed our stay but not sure I'd stay again.

The Staff was very attentive. Complimentary breakfast was good. The location of the hotel from seaworld was great.

The A/C was not working properly when we arrived. The safe was locked when we arrived, had to get someone to come open it for us before we left our room. The bed sheets were stained. The elevator stopped working on one of the nights we stayed in.

The hallways smelled like a public bathroom that someone just had a bowel movement in. Bathroom door in room did not lock.

Disappointing

The breakfast and front desk employees. Ingrid was very nice trying to make us more comfortable and getting new room keys

My family was in town for the Airforce graduation so we weren’t at the hotel much but when we were it wasn’t good. To start off our room door didn’t work and we had to get a new key almost every time we needed to get in, the Wifi didn’t work, the AC didn’t work and we had to change rooms at 4 am just to get a good nights rest, we were there for 3 days and did not get fresh sheets once…. Just disappointing I was told the manager wasn’t there to speak to so once I am home from this stay I will definitely be calling back.

I loved the size of the room for the price I paid for. I liked the breakfast too? I loved that they had a variety of food to choose for breakfast. I liked the location too because all the places I planned to visit were really close.

I have traveled to San Antonio many many times, this will be my comfort go to from now on. Free Park

We did not eat breakfast as we had to leave early for our itinerary. The coffee in the lobby was nice and hot. Sweet cream was an added bonus.

the staff was not kids friendly, front ladies were moody, make faces , unhelpful and unprofessional.
