If you aren’t looking for much.

I love the fact that the outdoor pool was big and clean.

The shower, hot water never got hot, the AC never got cold. I slept nights sweating. The breakfast was trash. They only have cereal and fruit and that is not a continental breakfast.

Comfortable and served our purpose, but some facilities and staff interaction could be vastly improved

Room was comfortable and in a good location. Spa bath was a bonus

Bathroom facilities were inadequate (shower didn’t turn on, toilet didn’t flush properly). Staff member upon check in was unprofessional and left to go on her break mid-check in, leaving us with some unanswered questions

Their wasn't no microwave in the room. The fridge was dirty. The door side piece was sticking out. Housekeeping didn't come to our room to clean or give us fresh towels an rags. Rhe bed my mother an my son slept, My mother kept saying that she felt like something was bitting her. They charged the wrong card. They also charged my card before I even checked into the hotel. We didn't have a iron in our room. An they gave us a broken one, before they gave us another one. Also the toilet doesn't flush well.

It was a brief stay - I just needed a good night's sleep. And that's all I received at this place.

A comfortable bed. Fairly clean room. Very quiet surroundings.

Television did not work at all. Someone had smoked in the "non-smoking" room - they even wrapped the smoke detector in plastic to somehow mask this. The ceiling in the main lobby was leaking water. Poor selection of snack items in vending area. It's 2023, can't we get better options for that?

Staff helpful and cordial. Bed fairly comfortable. Location good-close to Historic area

Very dated. Carpets stained. Light covers broken-outside light leaning. Bathroom old fixtures, not spotless. TV selections basic. Pool did not look clean

Disappointing

the indoor pool was filthy with cracked tiles and concrete. our bathroom sink and window paneling was broken. the pullout sofa sheets had dark particles in them. there was food on the floor that had not been cleaned prior to check in.

Location is great. Plenty of parking. Value but you get what you pay for.

Room and hotel is dated. I was there for three days and didn't see a cleaning staff anywhere. If you are looking for a place to sleep that's all your going to get. The breakfast is a joke.

UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!! I was completely uncomfortable.

the staff was very rude and unprofessional zero knowledge of customer service . the room that I got was use with the bed not made the sheet covers in body hair. I went to the front desk to report it, and the clerk didn’t apologize all she said it’s the maids fault because it’s showing clean in the system. I got another room that was not very clean dust all over both floor and walls. after the experience with the first room I just wasn’t comfortable in any other rooms when I asked for a refund I was told that she couldn’t do it and the manager is not on property. I feel like I was held hostage! I was concerned that if I leave my card would not be refunded so I made the decision to stay but was very disappointed. with this experience I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here! anyone can make a mistake but it’s what you do after that makes it better or worse and the staff did absolutely nothing to but my mind at ease and that’s what offends me the most!!!!

I like the bed it was Soo comfortable. Definitely enjoyed that the most. the night lights were amazing as well.

The restroom was a little small. The hot water was horrible, I mean I felt as if I didn't have none at all the room was 219.

Poor new years

The pricing was fair .

. The banging on the door at 8/9 from house keeping to check to see if we were still there was awful!!!! Check out wasn't until 11 😭 that ruined our morning. The hot tub and pool can DEFINITELY use some cleaning

The location and staff was decent, but the rooms were outdated, falling apart, and gross.

The location was wonderful. 10 minutes to Busch Gardens. Right beside a gas station/convince store and 5 minutes from restaurants and shopping.

The photos on booking.com were VERY deceiving. This hotel was older. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off with what looked to be black mould showing through. The lights by the bed didn't work. There was pieces of the carpet matted or cut out. The hallway doors were tied open with trash bags. The ice machine didn't work at all on the floor we stayed at.

the location

check in staff was horrible. she sat with her coat on and I had to ask her to check us in. our room door was hanging open and the room was worn and not cleaned very well. there was a rather rough looking young man at the desk who was trying to get his things from his girlfriend in the room🤷‍♀️ He was talking about having a sherif order. This hotel has deteriorated greatly since our last stay

It's just a room to sleep in.

Location was great, staff very helpful

No refrigerator, no hot water, carpets need to be cleaned. No hot breakfast eg: eggs,bacon etc. Even a waffle machine would've been a nice touch.

Don’t stay here it’s the worst ever I made it like 2 hours and had to leave 🤮

nothing I would give it a 0 if I could the crack dealers working outta the back was a great touch 👍

Everything staff was horrible rooms were super dirty drug dealers working in the back of the hotel people coming and going in the woods around hotel
