It had an apartment feel. Liked the kitchenette. Enjoyed the feel of going to your apartment instead of going to a hotel
Room was smaller than described. It would have been nice to have more outlets or USB ports for chargers, c pap, etc.

the location!! really close to the attractions.
Check in at 4pm I arrived around 7pm and the rooms were NOT ready or cleaned, A housekeeper explained to me she would do a quick clean, but it wasn’t her unit to clean, and she instructed me not to let the front desk know about it. I let them know immediately! So I was given another room and it took about another 30mins, by then my family and I was all exhausted and frustrated, that totally threw us off schedule for the next day. The text number they gave me to use in case we needed anything, was basically pointless. I had to keep texting them for clean towels and bed linens, I sent a final text, to please let me know if they were bringing the items are not, or if needed to go to Walmart to purchase what I needed. The next day I sent another text around 8am and no one responded or came by until I called back around 6pm and they said the text line was drown but they received my text around 10am, well if they received the text, they sure didn’t deliver what I requested!!! Here it is, around 11:30pm and the POWER IN EACH UNIT IS COMPLETELY DARK!!! IT’s an OUTAGE and it only seems to be affecting this resort, not the homes near it or around it! I called the text number and it took me to another resort and that front desk clerk clawless the maintenance department for this resort and confirmed it was an outage. Now people in the other rooms are yelling, LOUD!! RUNNING AROUND AND UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS! IT IS STARTING TO BECOME VERY SCARY FOR MY FAMILY, ESPECIALLY for my 7 and 8 year old. We are 4 hours away from home in NC! We can’t sleep like this!!!!!

The exterior of the townhouses and the view backed up to the woods were lovely. Great toiletries and towels and bedding. Very clean! The staff was pleasantly welcoming when I arrived.
The interior could use a little updating. I could hear the neighbors talking through the walls so I put the TV on and that helped.

the staff were very helpful with helping me find an available room but there weren't any
overbooked my room, room was not available when i check in, they downgraded me to a way smaller room. room was tiny and dirty. parking was horrific, lack of parking. had to cancel my reservation on site because it doesn't fit my group. had to find accommodation in the middle of the night and everywhere else nearby were all booked up. it was just not a pleasant experience overall.
will never stay at Wyndham properties ever again

The room was pretty small and musty but very clean.

The ground floor apartment. Although there were stairs to get into the building. I cannot manuver stairs very well. The follow up call the morning after we checked in to see if we had forgot any items. The bed was comfortable.
The outdated kitchen. It was not as pictured on booking.com. The bug crawling across the floor in the bedroom. All the corners in the apartment with dust and garbage from previous vistors. If I could give a negative on cleanliness I would.

Everything there was great. Everyone was very nice and the location was great.
The refrigerator was broke but the put us in another room. The house keeper just walked in without knocking. I felt there was no privacy there !!!

Affordable Price, in a good location.
Pullman Kitchen was difficult to use. Soundproofing between suites was poor, we could clearly hear the intimate goings on in the adjoining suite.
Furnishings and carpet seemed dated.

Walls thin, People above you ... could hear every step they took.. and hell could have been standing in the room when they participated in intimacy.

We came for a graduation and all the family had responsibilities. We were given bracelet keys that did not work. We called the front desk and held on for 15 minutes. Finally, my partner went to the hotel, and the person who had not answered was not busy, but still did not pick up the phone. We were LATE for graduation pre ceremonies. We were unable to carry out what we had planned for a month. The next day, we asked for towels and waited half an hour. Nothing. We called twice and they said they were on their way. 45 minutes went by and we called a third time. We were told they were not on their way, but we could go out and they would leave them in the room. My partner was furious and said this was stupid and incompetent as we were lied to twice, and we dried ourselves with a washcloth, because they told us to put everything outside on the floor. We were very LATE. We were unable to get the seating we promised we would get for our family. Everyone was upset. What made us angry, was the manager called and yelled at us for speaking rudely to one of his staff. And then he said, if it happened again, he would kick us out!
He never concerned himself with what happened to us. My partner never cursed, He said exactly how we were treated and that we were lied to, and it left a bad taste and stress on us for our whole trip. I want to make a formal complaint against the treatment we received, and the manager, who threatened us, instead of apologizing. And we want to be reimbursed for a terrible experience.

I loved our unit, the bed was great, and everything was great. I wish it was a little warmer, so I could have gotten in the pool.
There were people in the unit under us, must of had a party our last night, music loud, ALL night long.

I did not like that Booking.com does not reveal this property as a time share. While the 90
minute “tour and talk” is not mandatory, the invitation to hear it is high pressure.

Room was conveniently located
Far too long of a wait at check in. It is ridiculous to check in and then have to wait for one person to do a sales pitch to get keys. There were three couples waiting and when the woman stepped away to call for help - no one came to assist. Ended up the person behind us walked back to check in and demanded keys for room. We did the same. If you make a reservation day-off stay on an online site, you are not looking for a timeshare property - re evaluate your check in procedures or many will choose to stay elsewhere.
Also, our room smelled horribly when we finally did arrive - like someone had just cooked indian food in the room. We had to open all windows and balcony door to air it out. That should have been done during the room cleaning or else someone used the room to eat after it was cleaned. Either way, it was not acceptable.
