Nice location. Staff is friendly. The room was nice.
The shower curtain was dirty in one place but it would've been hard to see where the folds were. It was either dirt or possibly rust??

The staff was very friendly and the property was very clean and well kept.
The room service wasn’t in working condition, the restaurant didn’t open until hours after it was supposed to, the room had no menu included. For the price of the room, I was very disappointed.

They didn't give me AAA rate and breakfast was not included

The hotel is in a great location, close to everything in the area. The staff was just amazing, from Alisha at the front desk to the staff in the kitchen. Everyone was super helpful, willing, and friendly!!! Breakfast had a lot of choices, which is rare. Eggs, bacon, pancakes, waffles, tater tots, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruits, yogurts, breads, etc. Many drinks to choose from as well. My child cannot have dairy (except for eggs) and when I asked the kitchen staff if the scrambled eggs had butter, she said they did, but it was not a problem for her to make scrambled eggs for my child without butter!!! They absolutely did not have to do that but went above and beyond to make sure my child had a good breakfast. Amazing. All booths in the dining area had their own TVs at the wall on the table, which was a plus for the kids. If breakfast is not included with your stay, it was $15 per person, but worth it in my opinion. Plus, kids under 10 yrs eat free breakfast with paying adult. Loved it. The hotel was super clean and new/modern. Although we did not use the pool this time, it is a plus and stays open late. We will definitely be back if staying in the area.

My room was dirty and they have not refunded my money back.

This was in a great location! The beds were comfortable and the room was super clean!
The staff was also very friendly.
The suite we splurged on was disappointing. Which sucks because we don’t go places often let alone stay in suits. It was really dark, felt dated, and was super narrow. It gave small hospital waiting room vibes. The pictures were definitely deceiving. The lamp lights also strangely were different colors?
The pool the whole time we were there had an oily surface so we steered clear of it. Warning that the outdoor furniture is not waterproof so do not sit on the cushions unless you want a soggy bottom.
Breakfast was average at best, we wished there were more options and that it was fresher.
Honestly left our stay disappointed, as this was our first family vacation since the pandemic.

Great location to access Busch Gardens park.
Had to wait until check in time, no early check in available. We booked a suite for large family with 3 adults and 4 kids, for the breakfast available, I do not think I should have paid out of pocket for breakfast.

The location was great; price was good for one night's stay
The air exchange in the room smelled like flatulation (farts) every time it cycled on. The room smelled so bad at one point we had to open the door to air out. During the night, we just covered our heads with bedding. The carpet was damp in one part—not sure why.

The desk manager, Eric McPhee was exceptional. He answered all of our questions, tended to our needs, and was very friendly. I feel he is exactly the type of representative you would want at the front desk of a hotel.

pool was nice.
I booked the room a day in advance online. When our family arrived to the hotel after 9 we were given our key cards and went up to our room. To our surprise the room was not cleaned following the last guests. The beds were dirty and it appeared as if the room had not been touched. With the given time and space there was no other suites available so we were placed in two rooms with double beds.

Did not participate
I had to check out a day early without a refund. The mattress on the beds were very much unbearable. After two nights I could barely stand upright and walk. I did share my reason for early checkout with the desk attendant. Beautiful and clean facility but the bed was the worst ever.

The convenience of a hot meal without leaving the building. Service front from desk to bar was outstanding. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfy.

Dinner prices seemed fair, pool/gym area was clean, room was great (comfy beds), and breakfast was awesome!
There was no wording on booking.com that stated that there were only 2 breakfast vouchers given; so not all of us could eat without paying an additional $17 (plus a tip). This was a hardship because I did not realize I'd have to pay more unlike other hotels that offer buffet morning breakfast in the area. Staff were not too social (accept evening bar tender/Host employee -he did great job serving!).

Great location, clean up to date room! The price was very good for the king-size bedroom. Loved that breakfast was included with our stay, that was a big bonus!
It would have been nice to have a couple of complimentary waters in the room. They were for sale at check-in for $2 a piece.
