HORRIBLE ! Don’t do it , go somewhere else. They don’t come out of the “office” they make you talk to them through a pho

Nothing .

Front desk people barely came out from their “bedroom office” made us talk to them through a phone. Had no control or was willing to stop kids from running on the 3rd floor at 2 am . The thermostat was BROKE in our room . It was just horrible and I will NEVER book or stay here again . Won’t even refer someone else to the dump

Very pleasant and friendly staff. Clean facility.

Breakfast was the standard hotel continental. Would have liked more fruit than just bananas.

It was mostly high in carbs. Would have liked more healthy choices. Only cereal was sweetened kid cereal. Also there was no cold water, just sugary juices.

Good value when you just need a room for the night as you a passing through the area.

Close to I-77. I liked the layout of the room. The kitchenette with small fridge (no small freezer section that would have been helpful) microwave, coffee maker and a sofa in in the front room, bedroom behind.

Running parallel to I-77, there was quite a bit of road noise all night long. The only hot item for breakfast is a waffle maker. No eggs or meats. Mostly all of the food choices had added sugar and highly processed white flour so they were not healthy choices, so we only had coffee.

Clean but wasn't helpful

The room was clean!!

I didn't like that we didn't have hot water in our room. I called down and told them they said they would see what they could do. The next morning, I asked what they could do for the inconvenience they did nothing. Also, the walls are thin. I heard the guys alarm go off all night very annoying.

Superb

Room/suite was awesome. Clean as a whistle. Nice folks at check-in, even an hour early. Breakfast was...American...but included, so, cool! For an extra $25, worlds above lesser options and worth every extra penny.

Poor breakfast. No butter for toast, no cream cheese for bagles, only jelly available for either.

Noise from interstate. Now I know why it is called Microtel, room was barely large enough for a queen size bed, no place to set, very small room. Hard to get to.

The pillows were small and only 3 on queen beed and the beds are not comfortable. But the young lady that checked me in was amazing. The young gentleman that checked us out was polite and courteous

Always excellent service, pillows small.

The 29th at 3AM a group was leaving the were so rude and loud. They were hollering back and fourth, not caring about others sleeping or trying to sleep. This was the only complaint in the three times we stayed over 4 days each. Also the shower flooded in the handy cap bathroom.

Good clean value, Staff very accommodating

The price was great for the value. Staff was very accommodating. I booked 3 rooms and was late to the hotel and they let my family into the rooms early which was awesome bc they are disabled. They also put our rooms together which was a very accommodating thing that they did not have to do. Check in was easy. Location was near restaurants and shopping right off the highway. Rooms seemed freshly painted.The gem shop across the street is awesome.

There was no TV bc the power had went out earlier. My room needed some cleaning. The bathroom was spotless though.. The other 2 rooms were fine so maybe it was just overlooked. I told the staff my concerns when they asked about the rooms and when we came back from dinner it was clean and tidy.

Superb

The breakfast was adequate; I particularly enjoyed making my own waffles. The juices were a bit skimpy on substance, especially the OJ - too watery. Activia might be good for people who need to "keep things moving along," but I do not have this problem so I must avoid it. It was a shame that there were no other yogurt options (BTW, I always read the ingredients before choosing a yogurt - anything with glucose-fructose syrup is a non-starter). But I am a realist - the price for the room was too my liking and I did not have high expectations for the breakfast, so I brought along my own berries just in case. The high quality of the room more than made up for the breakfast.
