Una noche larga y con mucha picazón

La recepcionista fue muy amable y proactiva.

El aseo, las camas tenían manchas y algunos pelos sobre el tendido. El baño estaba flojo por lo que usarlo era todo un reto. El olor de la recepción era bastante fuerte

Management always kind and eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms and property are very clean and aesthetically pleasing with very thoughtful details.

Clean and comfortable stay.

We stayed here because we were wanting a place to stay while we visited our family in San Jose. This hotel was very comfortable and clean. The check in process was very modern and easy to use. We had a good night sleep and would definitely stay here again.

We loved it we took it as a quiet vacation from our kids and had an amazing time 💗

Super sweet front desk staff. Very caring to needs and also have a kiosk for when they arnt available

Great shower pressure just always make sure it's faced away from curtains.

Great experience would do it again, didn’t like the unknowingess of the $100 deposit

everything was great, the bed was massive and comfortable, the area was nice, close to Winchester house and a mall, as well as some other spots.

I didn’t like how it wasn’t mentioned beforehand, that we would have to pay 100 deposit. we had already did the math regarding how much we would spend including the places so what would have happened if we didn’t have the money? they wouldn’t let us in? we almost didn’t have it so that bugs me that it wasn’t mentioned, and if it was, I assume we didn’t see it, but if it was mentioned maybe make it stand out more so people know. also the way they had the rn plugged in, we couldn’t watch tv without the light being on.

The person working there is helpful and kind. Room size is ok. Parking is good. Location is 10 mins driving from Santana row, which is convenient.

Even though it was probably the most affordable option I could find, I still think the price is a bit expensive for what you get. The room is not super cozy (white lighting, no side lamps, sink outside the bathroom).
