The staff
Lights in vanity sink area didn’t work

Good location. The free breakfast was a nice bonus and was good at that. Room had a few issues, but staff were quick to respond and fix problems.
Pics were a bit deceiving regarding swimming pool, very small 5ft pool. They were in the process of doing upgrades, so maybe bed will be more comfortable for the next guest.

Room was not under my name - under my guests name which made check in bad. Totally booking.com’s fault. The gentleman behind the front desk was WONDERFUL! Still not sure if I will be billed twice?????

I loved how clean it was, the breakfast, the staff, it was all super clean it was just awesome
The water kinda smelled and the lighting wasn't the best but otherwise it was fantastic

Nothing!!
Beds were broken, room was dirty. Not in great neighborhood.

It was easy to get to and the beds were comfy.
Something was up with the outlets they wouldn't charge my phone more than 80%. I know it wasn't my charger because when I got home and plugged in my phone it charged right up.

I didn’t like anything.
I didn’t like that the tv was on and all the lights when we got there. When I went to move something on the end table we had ants all over it.
3.2
Wasn't bad location
Bed leaned to the center and tv and remote didn't work that god

Check in was quick, the bed was okay.
The police were responding to a situation when we checked in; our bathroom light went out; all blankets had burn holes in them; someone broke the exterior glass bulb outside our room at 6 am; and the staff didn’t clean it up after being notified. When asked at checkout why they didn’t sweep the glass, he just shrugged. Not safe and staff didn’t care.

Everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful, the room and the bldgs, and parking lot were all very clean. It was very quiet and comfortable, comfortable enough to get a good nights sleep. I really like the fact that you still have smoking rooms, I have been smoking for 42 years and do not care to have to go outside to smoke it is nice to have all the comforts of home. The breakfast was great both mornings.
I think after so many times of staying or after so many days we should get a free or reduced rate for our room, I have gotten to where when I am in Springfield I only stay at Econolodge as does my 81 year old dad. No one else compares in the care and cleanliness and friendly and just overall experience but you guys are a little on the pricey side. After staying there as many times as we have stayed there at that specific hotel(me and the clerk even joke about 260 being my room) I think $200.00 is too high, I could probably come more if it was around 60 to 65 a night instead of 100

Good location, good breakfast, quick check-in and out
We were awaked at 5:15 am on the second morning by someone who had UNLOCKED our door with a pass key and was trying to break through the safety latch to get into our room. Now, a drunk/high person might choose the wrong room - but NO keycard should have unlocked our door other than the one in our possession. I had personally locked the deadbolt at the same time that I flipped the safety latch. I called the office immediately who said they would "call security." When we went to the front desk at 8 am the clerk knew nothing about the attempted break in. I asked for manager, who assured me that the person had been caught "and the key recovered." ***HOW could someone else have a working key to our room?!?*** We checked out immediately but my debit card was still billed for THREE nights, when we left the second morning. I was told the third night's stay (about $100) would be put back onto my debit card, but so far it has not. I don't need a corporate apology - I just need the third night's (Saturday night) charge put back on my card as we checked out around 8:00-8:30 Saturday morning.

Only thing is that you can hear almost everything coming from the 2nd… I stayed on the first floor

The good was the price and the rooms weren't to terrible I have seen way worst.
Man it was horrible. Never been to Springfield so was not familiar with the area. The guy behind the desk was on dope so many tweekers everywhere. We tried going to bed then there was two tweekers playing Cornhole till three a.m. just overall wasn't a pleasant experience.
3.2
The room was clean and did have soap, shampoo, and toilet paper in it when we arrived. We have been in rooms that didn't have those things in them and had to ask.
The bed in our room(143) had a dip in the middle of it. It made it kind of uncomfortable for sleeping.
