Es gab einen Pool Frühstück war gut... Hash Browns, Würstchen, Rührei, Waffeln, Toast, Bagel, Oats, Cereals... Parkplatz mit Tor gesichert

Sauberkeit könnte besser sein Klimaanlage sehr laut, macht komische Geräusche, lässt sich nicht richtig einstellen Es gab eine Küche, aber keinerlei Geschirr...

The front desk person was nice

City creek motel in downtown Salt Lake is negative stars. I called the front desk to tell them we are leaving because I killed 2 cockroaches. The kids response was well was it a lot of them or just a couple... ridiculous.

So bad we didn’t even get out of the car!

Completely horrendous Groups hanging around the outside taking drugs in front of the hotel. Looked horrendous. Didn’t even get out if the car- drove on elsewhere Then found AWFUL very recent reviews from others who had stayed. Absolutely no chance we were staying there.

Dirty room. Light fixtures hanging down. Doorknobs missing. Cigarette burns in my non smoking rooms blankets. Tvs don't work.

Don't belittle the staff in front of guests

The location, and the breakfast was good, and the pool was nice, the gentleman that checked us in was very nice

The man working Saturday morning around 6-7 , was very loud as he belittled the nice gentleman that checked us in Friday night, I felt so bad for him, nobody should be treated that way, and in front of the guests eating breakfast, there was a few of them that was not real happy about it

We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the breakfast. The room and bed were comfortable, and that's what we look for. We were hoping to see a brochure or something for entertainment and activities in the area.

What we didn't like was while we were eating breakfast, we believe the manager was sitting at the front desk until one of the employees arrived. The manager was very rude and condescending to his employee and speaking very loud about the issues and mistakes that he had made. I feel that the manager should have taken the employee outside to speak with him, since there were a few other people eating breakfast at the same time we were.

Great location, nice people but you need to fix up your rooms.

We were grateful for the gated parking lot.

The rooms were in need of repair on many items. The toilet was not attached to the floor securely and I almost fell on the floor when I went to sit on it.

Door didn't even close completely..dirty and smelled like overwhelming cleaning products...

Scary to say the least..we checked in went to our room..walked back to the front desk and asked for our money back..this place should be condemned! Nothing like the pictures..

will not recommend this motel for staying in SLC. made reservations online and photos of the hotel were very deceiving.

good location, easy access. parking lot was plentiful but dirty.

Staff needs a lot more training. the headboards were barely attached and needed to be cleaned. Ceiling fan in bathroom was very noisy. not enough towels for 2 people. Had to check out a da earlier than had planned. went to the room and room had not serviced. very few rooms occupied.

This is not a place to stay for young women or children.

The staff member that checked us in and out was so kind and helpful.

We ended up having to book a different hotel because we were concerned for our safety. There was a giant gap in the door and there wasn’t an extra lock at the top. There was a man that tried getting into our room MINUTES after we arrived and we had to call the front desk to help us. We were absolutely terrified. The beds had stains on them and the room was not clean. The safety of this motel was the truly terrifying.
