Super good location!
The exterior of this property is dirty and unkept. I stayed here a year ago and it was the same way. It is very clear that no one sweeps and picks up regularly around this property. This is way too bad since it is a very nice area with lots of stores, restaurants, pubs, etc. I strongly suggest the owners power wash all exterior areas and have someone regularly sweep, mop and pick up debris.

The location
It was dirty. Hair in the bathtub. Flies in the room. Also no coffee pot.

The rooms were not perfectly clean. I found garbage under the bed

Minimal breakfast, but glad it was there. Room wasn’t super clean but was decent enough. Loved being near Sugar House Park and so many restaurants.

I expected a hotel breakfast not a Costco Granola bar. It was an old fashion motel style.

The room was quite suitable, and a good value.
Other guests were quite noisy, especially late at night and early in the morning.

Property would not let me check in late, despite having advised the property of my late arrival time 3 weeks prior to the planned stay. At the time of my arrival, the staff said their night audit was in process which would not allow for my check in, and also shared that the remaining 3 days of my stay were cancelled as I was considered a "no-show". So, even though I had a valid reservation, I was left with NO accommodations at 1:30 am, with the staff not offering any alternative or expressing any willingness to help find another hotel. In addition, I was charged for the "no-show" night and had to spend inordinate time with bookings.com and the property management to get reversed. Truly, the low rate is NOT worth the hassle/dealing with this property, not to mention may leave you completely stranded in the middle of the night.
AVOID if you have a late flight!!!

homeless in the park right next door, no ice machine, dated furniture

Room was as expected. Exactly what I booked. I had no issues at check-in
I wish it would’ve had coffee pots in the room rather than having to go to the lobby to request one.

The first day there I mentioned to the manager that there was an aggressive leak with our shower, nothing was ever done and it remained leaking continuously for the four days we stayed.

clean, convenient, night staff lady was very sweet we had no problems checking in.
so we burned a burrito. smoke alarm went off. we couldn’t turn it off so we took the piece off so it would not beep and wake everyone up at 2 am. they called we said what happened she said just make sure no one is smoking we said ok… no big deal. huge loud bang at 730 startled us, fumbled around trying to turn on the light we said hold on trying to turn on the light but they couldn’t wait. busted in the door and I was buck naked. I didn’t have time to even throw a shirt on. he says who are you to my husband then he looks at me and says who are you and he said the removal of the thing we had was grounds for immediate removal. my husband went to put it back on and the guy tells the other guy with him go do it he doesn’t know what he is doing. So rude. I can’t believe how we were treated. too bad they didn’t search our room. we are not smokers and they could have seen the burrito in the trash and the fact we don’t have a cigarette or a lighter in this room. too bad they didn’t take into account the smell of the burnt burrito. last night I almost booked here for 3 nights we will be needing in this area sooo glad I didn’t finish the transaction. staying somewhere else

Location was convenient to restaurant we wanted to go to after 12 hour drive from San Francisco.
Astonishingly noisy. We were on first floor. People running (?) or going back and forth between rooms upstairs ALL NIGHt. Talking, doors banging, floor thumping. Even earplugs didn’t help. We’re people hanging out on the outside hallways smoking? Who knows? And office was closed so when we finally gave up at 430 a.m. and left there wasn’t even a place to leave keys.

Room was clean
Got to the hotel at midnight. Had to wait an hour before anyone showed up to check me in. Got an “I’m sorry” and that’s it.

It was easy to find. The person who checked us in was very nice.
It was a quiet place.
Parking stinks with the Chick-fil-a wait line going right through the parking lot. My card was charged twice for my stay. Once with Booking.com and once at the hotel.
