Delicious!

Location close to town, but on a side street. Nice patio area to which to sit and have a morning coffee. Well kept.
My room was closest to the inn's reception area (entrance) and its common area, and so there was a bit noise at times.

The property is beautiful with a lot of historical pictures and historical things to read and look at. The breakfast was excellent every morning and the staff was lovely!
Our Room was a bit cramped but we booked sort of at the last minute so beggars can’t be choosers!

Great location/ Beautiful House
Bed was uncomfortable and very noisy. Check in process was clumsy. Had hard time finding room and no one there to ask

Breakfast was AMAZING!
Very little insulation in the ceiling so people above us could be heard walking or sitting on the bed.

The staff and the location couldn't have been better. Claudia was delightful, friendly and helpful.
Really, nothing. We would have preferred a larger bed, but the bed we had was comfortable and we slept well.

The hosts were very personable. The place was clean and comfortable.
Through no fault of the hosts, someone decided to chat VERY LOUDLY at 10:30 pm till 11:pm outside our bedroom window. Quite rude. Five minutes would have been tolerable.

This is the third visit to Seven Sea Street Inn for me and my husband, the last time being in 2007. The place looked and felt the same! We love the ambience, the charm, the location and the staff. Matt and Claudia made us feel like part of their family. We stayed in a king suite which had a separate living area. I would highly recommend this! The included gas stove was a bonus, although the heat output was probably too much for that little room. We had to open the window to cool off the space when we used it! The bed was very comfortable and the included breakfast was tasty and plentiful, with some homemade items by Claudia. Can't wait to go back again!
The shower door was difficult to open and it would have been nice to have separate switches for the fan and light in the bathroom. Also, the futon in the separate living room could have used some throw pillows and extra blanket. We had to use pillows from the bed and I 'borrowed' a blanket from one of the common areas. Nightlights for those middle of the night excursions to the bathroom would be nice, too!

Claudia was such a warm, friendly, and kind host. The breakfast was perfect and so much variety. The location was so convenient for us. The room and entire inn was very clean and well maintained.
The lighting in our top floor room could be improved both in the bathrooms and the common area. The suite we stayed in could use a decor refresh.

i was not available for breakfast but it looked good. the location was very convenient, the bed was very comfortable , shower had good pressure and very hot
the frilly lace over the 4 corner post bed was a little much...the decor is how shall we say, a little "old lady" room is also a bit cramped

The location of the hotel is definitely the most relevant point. It is close to everything, even the whale museum is a 3 blocks from the hotel. It is one of the few hotels in Nantucket with breakfast included. It is good and all fresh :). The hosts are very friendly and make you feel the hospitality from the beginning that the locals in general, have.

A special thanks to manager Claudia for her professionalism and hospitality. Also enjoyed our delicious breakfast!
Reading light needs to be improved in library and bedroom.

Location is unbeatable - so close to the ferry, Nantucket town, restaurants, shops. Room was perfect - comfortable king size bed. Immaculate. Breakfast was fantastic - and they accommodated my allergies by providing alternative milk. We were able to stow our luggage before check in and after check out (perfect for island getaway with ferry arrival/departure)).
The only issue was the noise. Very little sound-proofing so you can hear almost everything coming from other rooms. I would suggest that you try to get a room on the 2nd floor.

A north-woods feel. Homey and comfortable. Two blocks from the Whaling Museum, made it convenient to the center of the town action.
The continental breakfast is the best we’ve had. Don’t think coffee, yogurt, and a stale English muffin, because you’re going to be surprised at the quality inventive choices you’re given…delicious!
The staff was available and helpful.
This might be a thing with most properties on the island, but hope for a soft walker staying above you because noise travels easily. This would not deter us from staying again, but be aware.

Seven Sea Street Inn was located within a short walking distance of the historic district. We walked to and from the ferry to the Inn with luggage, very easily. We were able to store our luggage hours before check in.
Our breakfast buffet offered a variety of fresh fruit, baked pastry and cereal, plus great conversation around the table with guests and the innkeepers. Small, intimate inn.

Pillows were a little lumpy

Everything was good. We honestly didn’t spend that much time in the B&B because the location was so ideal and perfect that we explored historic downtown and the beaches the majority of the day.
The check in time being late in the afternoon. Wish it was earlier!
