Dirty room bad customer service refused to refund

The room was dirty and had crackers on the floor. The beds had dirt on them. Bad customer service. Refused to give a refund when we didnt stay even though they said the house keepers disnt do there job

We were passing through and this was a stopover for the night and it was an excellent value for that purpose.

Excellent location, very kind fry staff lobby was clean as were the grounds and our room. The pool area seemed clean but there was alot of people using it when we were there and the hot tub generated bubbles but we didn’t use it. Rom was basic but clean hood bed and nice towels. The breakfast although it had many choice is your standard run of the mill average breakfast but you can find something easily enough to start your day.

Disappointed

Location.

Under renovation and the rooms were not renovated nicely. Pieces of the floor were missing, sink was clogged. I will never stay here again.

Not good!

It was close to Silverwood.

The hot didn’t work, no towels in pool area, one guy working everything was had to get. Staff sleeping in car in parking lot. Smoking close to door, rooms missing furniture, not enough towels, wash clothes etc. beds not comfortable TV tiny, anyone could swim no guest only cards to get into the pool. Just weird will not stay there again.

Wasn't what I expected pool area was gross and needs attention..

Not worth 500 for two nights the hot tube was out and we had rude people down stairs and Mexicans partying down the hall I would like a discount or something I was not happy with the price I paid and the place is not clean I paid 458 for a nice two night stay and it was terrible I feel like iv been ripped off honestly my wife and kid were

The noise from other room users the rooms bed was broke which I had to fix the phone didn't work the staff wasn't very helpful especially the night crew..

The location was good - off the main highway and close to business. Our room was quiet.

Breakfast pretty much picked over by the time we came down to eat.

Fair price I guess

The shower was leaking like crazy but it still worked. The floor was barely swept. I guess a c+ for doing the bare minimum.

The room cleaning could've been better. Might as well leave a broom and mop and offer a discount if we clean our own rooms properly. Probably will end doing it better than housekeeping.

The sheets were dirty. There was something dripping on the wall. They would not clean the room and they had signs up to be kind to the staff because everywhere is short staffed. We stayed 3 days and It was the worst stay ever. Tried to work it out with the manager who was never there and refused to speak to me. Used booking .com and booking.com tried to work it out and there was still not a response from the manager as they were "in a meeting" or not there everytime I asked. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! NOT A GOOD PLACE.

Think about it before purchasing.

I can't think of anything we liked!

Short staffed, 2 ice machines and only one working on 2nd floor. Communication was not best throughout our stay. The free breakfast was a hit and miss. Depending on if staff would show up. There are other things I can say about our stay, but it will not be positive. I don't see us ever staying here again.

Very nice.

The hotel was great. Really glad we stayed there. The only real problem we had was that there was hardly anyone at the desk when we needed assistance. We waited almost an hour for someone to come to check is in and there were many others waiting on the lobby as well. When the staff were present they were polite, friendly, and helpful. Otherwise, I felt like the hotel was a great value. Breakfast was fine and convenient.

The food is mediocre. The open time for breakfast is too short. The pool was NOT heated enough, it was literally so cold I could not swim at all.

Staff tried to help but couldn't keep up with the downfalls of the hotel.

Breakfast was good.

No notification that most of the amenities were down. Tons of false advertising on the website. Heater stopped working in our room. No pool, no hot tub, very scarce "gym", no snacks in the "game room", had to pay to play said games, no one on staff from 12am-8am.

this place needs work

everything, the parking lot was covered in leaves, the rooms were not clean nor were they stocked for guests, and the pool and hot tub were not useable because of a roof caving in!

It was fine for one night I suppose, but I won't book there again.

The elevator had a pronounced and fairly significant shudder when stopping at floors. The toilet flushing was problematic, took forever for hot water. Not even a little desk to place my laptop
