Staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms are large, well appointed and clean. Location was superb. Easy walk to town and bus to the glacier.
Nothing. Perfect stay
2.0
Location of the Ramada. We were within walking distance of downtown Juneau. There was a grocery store nearby. There was a good restaurant adjacent to the hotel. There were several restaurants nearby. The hotel and room were clean.
The shower was unacceptable. It needed repair. The spout wouldn't shut off and direct the water to the shower head properly. Also, very aggravating was the inconsistency of water temperature. There were times we couldn't shower because there was no hot water.
3.0
The location, onsite restaurant, balcony and view of water; helpful staff.
Room had a lot of street noise and was a bit stuffy and warm.
4.5
Rooms were very spacious. Bedding was comfortable and check-in and check-out was easy. Nice location and not far from the downtown area with lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel does have a restaurant onsite, and we ate there for breakfast and it was very good! Once again, we were shocked at how spacious the rooms were. No A/C in our room but we had a fan that we placed by the window and it brought in plenty of the Alaskan cool air during the night.

Location
Too hot inside. Had to open windows and run a floor fan to cool off room. Bathroom not the cleanest. No supplies for the coffee and kitchen area. Hotel needs updated.

Service was great.
When booking online couldn't see photos of actual room we got. We booked for 6 people. The hide-a-bed was very uncomfortable the top of bed sunk down badly. We didn't get extra pillows, nor sheets for it. I did call desk and got some
in a timely manor.
3.5
The staff were all friendly and helpful. The area was quiet and it felt safe. Beds were comfortable. Price was more reasonable. Coffee was great. Mexican restaurant and mini mart walking distance.
The hotel is old - appears to be slightly upgraded in some of the rooms where the bedside tables had extra outlets compared to the rooms with old furniture which had limited wall outlets. Because of the age and long term use, the older furniture and doors ( minus the hardware) have a stickiness to them. They need to be deeply cleaned or painted.

location and staff were excellent.
Was surprised to find it did not have HVAC. There was a fan in the closet.

location and price
TV to small for the size of the room…the fact there was enough light coming in from around the door that I felt I needed to put a chair in front along with locks
Easter Sunday morning and staff couldn’t accommodate a single guest for brunch even in the bar when guest suggested that…3 ladies stood there and did nothing….there was no mention of Brunch at check in….total drop the ball

Excellent food at restaurant and staff was very helpful.
The balcony had so much bird poop that it took away from scenery. The roll away bed popped open and hit my grandson in the eye. It wasn’t safe and should have been warned of how fast it opened when bungee cord was taken off.

The attached restaurant was great! The food was tasty and the staff very pleasant.
Noisy footsteps from room above early in the morning. I would recommend staying on the top floor.

I did twice. Both times very good. the staff was great.
The TV was the size of a PC computer screen. You also could not tell what channel you where on. You could tell they were doing some reno but the hotel looked old!

It was close to down town juneau
The rooms were dark and dated. We were on the lower level. Our window faced the concrete parking structure

We were placed in room 102. This room really should not exist. It’s disgusting, smells, leaks water and stares at the under cover parking garage. There is mold and carpet rot.
Never put anyone in room 102. Disgusting total waste of money

I did not like the location.

Staff was amazing, very friendly and accomodating. Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Tried to raise my rating to an 8, but was unable to.
Rooms had no AC and the first couple nights were uncomfortable. Given how warm the rooms were we were forced to leave the window open and the traffic was very noisy. We realize that weather was a rarity and in most cases you wouldn't have to worry about that.
