Breakfast was nice with very good service.
Bad pillows. No air conditioning-There was an evaporative cooler than did absolutely nothing because it was too hot with too high humidity. At 10:00 pm, it was still over 80F in the bedroom. The temperature dropped after MN and it cooled with open windows. One chair was comfortable; the other was springs and knots.

Everything. Staff, location, facilities, ambiance, and morning breakfast surpassed all expectations. We truly enjoyed the warm hospitality of Kris and David, and the love and pride they take to make their B and B a home away from home. The location to snow activities, hikes and bike trails were noted for a definite return to this gorgeous place.
Hmmmm. Not a thing was anywhere near negative. Kris and David met all traveler needs and then some.

I heard the breakfast was amazing, but unfortunately I was on a time crunch and couldn't stay. The hostess was kind enough to get up early and make coffee and gave me a scone to go. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. :)

This is family operated small hotel. You could not find may of them left in California now. Room was big enough and clean with comfortable bed. Owner provided excellent home made breakfast. Tea and chocolate cupcakes served whole day. It is short ride from Mt Shasta town. My wife left reader in the room. I called and asked to send it to us. We got it back by USPS a couple of days later. I can highly recommend tis hotel.

Hosts were marvelous. Breakfasts were exceptional. Complentary wine and cookies were much appreciated..
Had a little trouble with room space heater and it was noisy.

Breakfast was good.
The room had a portable heater that was extremely loud and near the head of the bed. We had to turn it off to hear each other & room was chilly. The showerhead was awful.

The breakfasts were outstanding
It was a little cold for me. For most it would have been comfortable

I love Love you. Also taking an evening walk brought the sounds of a stream nearby.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

The location was great - B&B was just a minute drive to Lake Siskiyou for swimming and fishing, centrally located for hiking around the Mount Shasta area. We could see Mount Shasta from our front porch. My kids and I enjoyed the games available, breakfasts were wonderful.
There is nothing we didn’t like about the property, everything was great!

The staff weere very friendly and helpfull; the breakfast was excellent. You can eat inside or outside and from the ranch you have a good look at Mount Shasta. Also is there in the neigbourhood a great lake.

A beautiful place! The hosts were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Breakfasts were creative, well-prepared, and filling. The house is full of interesting historical and architectural details, which the hosts are more than happy to fill you in on. Top it off with a gorgeous view of Mt. Shasta, and it's hard to beat this B&B!
There was some renovation work being done which left a bit of clutter, but since we were staying in the off-season (February) this was understandable.

I enjoyed looking into all the numerous details around the house, especially the fireplace area, the dining room and the patio. The hosts were very welcoming, kind and helpful. The nicely served breakfast was delicious.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not as good as the atmosphere and hospitality. Not sure if all the units rely on the shared bathroom but its condition is somewhat off-putting. It's really nice to have bathrobes, but not with someone's hairs on them. IMO the place would easily hit 9 or 10 out of 10 if not the cleanliness issue.

The co-owners were gracious and lovely hosts. The house was comfortable and homey. The breakfast was outstanding! The location was central to Mt. Shasta yet seemed secluded and private. I will return.
I booked the room #2 in the house which was lovely. The bathroom was huge and the soaking tub and the shower were great. My only complaint is the bed was smaller than we are used to (queen) and was a little soft.

The owners were so warm and friendly that I felt like staying at a special home. The Ranch has a lot of history and antique furniture so it's fun to walk around the property. The view of Mount Shasta from the front porch is captivating and memorable. I really enjoyed their delicious breakfast and hospitality. Will definitely come back again.
