Safe, clean and friendly

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us all the information we asked for and more, they even draw a map with all the places we wanted to visit. They gave us something positive to remember from our visit to Albuquerque, thank you.

Motel agréable où séjourner pour visiter Albuquerque

Personnel très sympathique et accueillant, et de très bons conseils. Lit confortable. Bon emplacement

Bruit de la rue très présent. Le prix était très élevé pour le service proposé mais c’était pendant le Baloon fiesta.

Never going back even if it’s cheaper…..

Location maybe that’s all.

Dirty. Fire burns in blanket covers, dirty in beds, mini fridge didn’t work, and pool was disgusting! No breakfast available even though online it says it does.

Never Received Breakfast

They Could’ve Refunded My Money Because I Didn’t Even Stay At The Hotel Never Got A Room Or A Key And Was Charged $102.03 For Absolutely Nothing. I Will Never Use Booking.com Or Stay At Any Choice Hotels

Friendly staff. Felt safe. Would recommend.

Chris the manager for one of his family or employees were friendly and someone was always around for questions or problems, and to keep an eye on things. They were able to change rooms when I started with a smoking room (forgot to request non smoking). Staff were friendly. Housekeeping was excellent. Location is close to the freeway and close to where I was working. Had a microwave and mini fridge.

Older building and decor. Needs some upgrades, but overall, good value for your money.

Not much other than quick access to the interstate.

The room smelled bad, like old old cold smoke. The blanket which was very thin had a cigarette hole in it. The light next to the bed had its cord cut and was not replaced. I actually had to use my headlamp to read in the room.The owners are so cheap that they unscrewed two or three light bulbs in the bathroom. The bed was awful the road noise was terrible. No coffee available, not in the room and not in the lobby. Nothing was provided. Oh, and get this, they tack on a room service charge of $4 plus change which is not disclosed on the booking.com website.Would never stay there again.

The gentleman that checked me in was awesome!

The rest of the staff on the morning of the 21st of march were rude. My room key stopped working and I had to be let in by management, was prisoner in my room due to the key not working if I left. No clear checkout time, went out for breakfast and when I returned my room was cleared and all of my items were removed.

Superb

I used this hotel as a stop on my way to east and stayed just one night there. Anyway, the location was great for being very fast to the "Greyhound Bus Station" (only 15 minutes walk). The room (especially the bathroom) was clean and had satisfied all the (or my) needs (e.g. coffee, etc.). I did not miss anything. Even it was just one short overnight stay I will never forget this experience. I had to catch my bus very early in the morning and was more or less not very concentrated. When I was entering the bus I realized by accident that I had no ID with me and there was no chance going back to the hotel. When I called them they told me that my ID was there after they were looking for it in the room while I was still on the phone. Combined with an extremely lucky coincidence that this bus ran out of gas and stopped at a gas station only 10 minutes after departure they actually brought me my ID with the car. After two months travelling through the US, this was one of the friendliest and nicest I had seen so far and definitely the most important for me.

The beds in my room were the only thing which were not very comfortable for me because those are extremely soft.

Staff were nice young men just trying to do their job and stay safe.

Unfortunately like many “downtown” locations it is a budget location for a reason.

It was completely awful, and I’m in the process of trying to get a refund.

Nothing at all, location was sketch

Mold found in various places throughout the apartment, including fridge, near AC, bathroom, and more. Bathroom screen was almost entirely ripped off as well.
