The room we got was the old room. My brother booked the same room and got a more remodeled with bigger beds. I ordered a Queen and what I got was a FULL size. We also had allot of noise . We had to call the front desk because we had teenagers with loud music past midnight..
The pictures from the website are for the newer remodeled room. I got was the older room

The location was good.
I did NOT like the fact that there were dogs in the hotel, and my family couldn’t sleep or enjoy our time because the hotel allowed guest to have pets. These darn dogs were barking all the darn day/night. If dogs are allowed then everyone who’s checked in with a dog should be in a separate location of the property, and those guests can enjoy their dogs together. Other guests should not have to be disturbed!!!!

The atmosphere of the people. There were things broken in our room. The room also smelt of cigarettes.

When we first arrived AC bearing was broken (really noisy); they gave us a new room…which had several other problems.
Breakfast was fine but in a restaurant I would have been very disappointed. Corners were scummy hair visible-stuck in scum in corners, fan in washroom didn’t work, caulking in new shower was coming off, balcony door handle was broken (busted apart with only part attached-metal handle broken)-made it difficult to even open-as if there was far too much pressure on door from upper floor weight. Furniture was broken, desk furniture surfaces were bubbling and pieces were broken off, desk wasn’t level, microwave shelf covered electrical outlet right in the middle-making it unusable
Curtains were falling off rod (broken), outlet in washroom didn’t work We had to hold whatever we plugged in as contact was loose. Outlet wouldn’t work otherwise.
Seemed people were living on first floor and it smelled bad/noisy and felt like I was in an apartment not a hotel. Unfortunately we were left feeling disappointed during our stay in this area; when we’re back next year we will automatically stay somewhere else. If the rate was offered to be rectified to match these issues I might be open to try again; but nothing was offered and debating rate would have disappointed us even more. Hotels don’t have to be pretty, but things shouldn’t be broken and they should be very clean; because they’re being used by so many people. Surfaces looked as if nothing had been thoroughly cleaned-dirt in crevices/hair/soap scum, ect.

close to family i was visiting. clean room.
the first room we had on the fifth floor room 509 the ceiling was leaking. it was a rainy day. we realized at 6am when we heard it dripping got up and it had been dripping all over my babies things and where she was sleeping thank goodness she slept in the bed with us and didn’t get wet! when my husband told the gentleman working he just said he could switch our room. we moved to the fourth floor that seemed fine.

Well first off the bed had stains on the sheets. The mini fridge was full of food and yogurts like it was never clean . I light lamp didn’t work. Then they had a section down stairs cut off that looked like a halfway house for ex cons. People just hanging out like there looking for people to rob. I stayed on the 4th floor. Every time I would take the elevator I would go to the 3rd and walk up. Cause I didn’t want the people just hanging around to kno which floor I was on. All together this was bad. Only good thing was front desk and the location. Breakfast was ok too

Rich at the front desk was amazing!! Very friendly and kind!! Breakfast was good. Loved the waffles.
Sorry, but my bed felt like I was sleeping on a wooden board. I just could not get comfortable. Otherwise it was an excellent stay!

We had to leave before the breakfast began, as we were there for a hospital visit.
The room was very cold when we first went in. It was an extremely cold day, and it didn't take long for the room to warm but it would have been nice if it wasn't so cold to begin with.

I like the location, room was clean and bed comfortable but I hated the pillows. very uncomfortable.

Multiple members of the staff tried to help with the poor conditions.
The facility was dirty. When we arrived a large party was leaving that were very loud and using profanity. The receptionist was flustered and told us the wrong room. When we arrived at the door we could hear someone else was there. Once in the correct room it was dirty (floors, shower) and the furniture was worn. The TV remote was missing. We were given another room but the heat/cool didn’t work there.
