Comfortable and Clean place to stay for a few nights.

Location, Clean

The toilet leaked. I reported it on 3 seperate occasions and nobody ever came to fix it. Didn’t hinder my stay at all. I just put a towel behind the toilet everyday to soak up the water, but you would think maintanence would come at some point. Hotel halls are very dark. Maids knock on the door very early. Knock once and enter… but, they do a good job of keeping the grounds clean and everyone seems friendly.

It was somewhat unpleasant

The staff was amazing and breakfast was great!

My room was gross the showers hadn’t been cleaned there was hair and grime in the shower and I fell and re injured my knee and when I told the front desk in the morning they didn’t have any answers on to how to fix that. The first night we stayed we told the front the tv wasn’t working and the air conditioner wasn’t as well and they didn’t offer to help they said they would move us in the morning and nothing was brought up. It was a long hot night. The phone in the room was broken and we had no one of calling the front desk if we need anything.

It was very pleasant and a comfortable accommodation.

The breakfast was very good with quite extensive choices. The front desk person was very friendly, accommodating and gave a great restaurant recommendation.

No complaints other than that a comfortable chair would have been a nice addition for reading.

easy access from highway many places to eat and shop felt secure

wasn’t aware there would be homeless folks staying there. They were all polite and there were no issues but it was obvious they were not travelers

We made the best of it but really wasn’t what we hoped it would be. Very disappointing to say the least.

We booked a king room. It was my husbands birthday and the first time we have been away with just the two of us. What we got was a double room. Want what we were expecting so immediately put a damper on our special night. I was told by the hotel staff that this happens all the time and booking.com books unavailable rooms very often. I don’t think I’ll be using this website in the future.

Bathroom was dirty, no staff interaction, no snack bar ,not sound proof,weird location, blow dryer and fridge didn't work

Breakfast was great. Staff was extremely helpful and nice.

Had to switch rooms because toilet and phone were broken. New room had a broken TV and many cracked tiles in shower.

Passable

The bed was extremely comfortable and I appreciated having a fridge.

Room smelled of ciigarettes ! False advertisement of having working hot tub and pool! I specifically asked if the hot tub worked and was told yes. They did offer free cancelation however the hotel they recommended was about 100 dollars more.

Very good

I have stayed in West Springfield many times. Sometimes, in order to pay less, I have stayed in hotels in a part of West Springfield that does not feel entirely safe. I think that the extra that I payed for this location was worth it for the peace of mind. I also liked the walk in shower. The doors on the shower had very sustantial hardware and worked perfectly; this is not always the case with such things. The breakfast was good. The sausages were very nice and the coffee was pretty good; a surprise. I will stay here again.

Disappointing

Bed and pillows very comfortable

Bathroom sink had a large crack in the bowl and the shower was very dirty looking so we didn’t take a shower. Also, the light on the heating cooling unit wasn’t working so we had no idea how to adjust temp without pushing all the buttons. It ran cool most of the time. There was cobwebs above the TV where the wall meets the ceiling.
