The facade and entrance are not appealing.

very dirty and run down. everything was broken from toilet seat to door handles. there’s no lock on the building door and we had a basement room, one day we came down and a homeless man was sleeping right outside of our door all night. we felt very unsafe.

Everything was good. We enjoyed our stay. Thankful that you excepted our dogs.
Maybe a little tidier but not bad. Maybe better locks on the windows since they are floor level
Otherwise no concerns

Location: Close to the airport. Relativelt close to the downtown. But if you don’t have a car, that’ll be a problem
Breakfast: It was delicious. I really liked it!
They did not mention of it but there are two facilities - approx. 1 mile distant from each other. If you stay in the ‘other’ facility like me, there is no reception in there, no breakfast hall. You have to walk for 10 minutes to reach the offices and breakfast hall.
Room was not clean. Yellowish towels and blankets, dirty kitchenware. When I want to use one of the kitchenware, it was sticky!
Reception is not helpful. I had an unfortunate event in the last night. As I said I was staying the other facility 1 mile away from the office. It was 3 a.m. and I realized after my tour conductor dropped me of the facility that I lost my key. Immediately called the reception and asked for help, because it was 3 in the morning and I was exhausted and I did not have a car to drive. Man in the reception advised me to get a taxi or walk to the main facility because he claimed he cannot leave the room, his tone and attitude was beyond rude. I had to walk in -20 in the middle of the night to receive the spare key. Needless to say when I was there for checkout at 7 a.m. He was not in the room, in which he supposed to not leave!
Beware of the fact that they have two facilities. If you don’t have a car, you might have a problem.

Nothing to like about for the price you pay
Entrance to the office to the room. This is a couple managed property. Looks very shady and unprofessional.

The woman who seems to own the property was extremely wonderful. Very willing to help and gave us some good suggestions on what to do in the area. The property was pretty central to where we needed to be and was good value for money.
We were fully aware of the check-in time. However I was sure to check that we would be able to store our luggage until check-in. Unfortunately when we arrived at the property at 8am we had an encounter with a man that works there that was extremely unpleasant. We had just informed him that we have a reservation for later that day just so that he was aware we aren’t just random people looking for storage for our luggage. He then proceeded to be extremely rude and tell us that we need to understand that check-in only happens later because they need time to clean the room and we can’t just expect the room to be ready etc. I told him that we understood that, we just wanted to store our luggage somewhere because online it said that we could do that. He then showed us to a spot where we could put it and then again continued to reprimand us about the check-in time. We had just come off an extremely long overnight flight it was very early and we were very disappointed by this interaction. However when we returned the woman who assisted us with our check-in was extremely kind and lovely and our stay was very pleasant.

The resepcionist was awefull , we arrived by taxy 2 am and the guy was sleeping while we where waiting without figuring what to do. Once we manage to meet him, and pay for the nights. He told us .” Happy people use cars” and send us 5 blocks away from where we where to a basement room at a building beeing constructed… we freeze our ass . The guy didnt help us on anything . The room had the basics but in poor conditions. Bad sheets.
The respecionist and the quality of wheere we stay. The shiwer disnt work well and the bed didnt had a back rack.

Location
The place was full, so the owner gave us a room in another building, luckily the taxi driver hadnt left yet, the room was in the basement next to the laundry... Awful, old, no phone signal, a person sleeping on the floor next to the stairs. We were supposed to have breakfast included, but we didnt get anything.

This was an excellent place for the value of the money. The host lady was very nice, checking in was very easy. She was very helpful throughout the stay. The morning breakfast was a very nice setup and quality food.
The entrance to the property check-in office could be better marked, it was a bit difficult to locate the office.

Location was great. Room was nice and warm. Had outdoor outlets to plug in our car at night. -30 degrees at night.
The room was very old and outdated. Furniture very old, stained, ripped. Carpet was not vacuumed. Glass shards in the carpet near the bed from previous guests. Bed side tables had stains and something sticky on them so we used our own sanitizing wipes to wipe them off. Bedding stained. Sheets stained. Ran out of water taking a shower. Had to call the manager to see why the water was shut off. Finally got water back on to finish my shower. Garbage stuffed between the cushions of the couch. Had a funky smell in the whole room. Slept with the windows open, even at -30 degrees. No maid service at all. Finally had to ask the manager to send a maid to our room to give us towels, take out our trash, and vacuum the carpets. The guests next to us were smoking in the hallway- cigarette and pot. Non-smoking rooms! Stunk up our whole room. Again…had to sleep with all the windows open. Told the manager they were smoking and the smell was making us sick! We had to ask the guests to stop smoking in the hallway and to go outside to smoke! Tile floors were very sticky and dirty.
