We love everything about the Chateau, but one of the valet's were downright rude. We did have another gentleman named Rick that took over and made things right. Other than that, I thought that Joe and staff were wonderful, as well as the female that followed up with us which was also great. The kitchen staff seemed like they needed some positive reinforcement. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend the Chateau, Joe, and Rick to anyone.
One of the valet members that was rude.

The room was large enough.
Room was noisy, could hear the people in the hall and in the room next to you.

Everything outside the room
The mattress was so bad I considered trying to flip it over in the middle of the night. Sunk in very badly and woke up with major back pain

Beautiful! Great service.
No fridge or microwave in room. Would like to see free coffee in morning for rates charged.

Location was great. Views of Table Rock Lake were beautiful. Staff responded to concern’s promptly. Clean, bright, amenities such as food beverages in hotel. Ice Cream Shop. Nice pool. Parking OK.
No breakfast. Ice machines out of order- had to purchase our own. No mini fridge in room. View of parking lot/ rooftop. No balcony. Chipped/peeling paint in room. Noisy due to service elevator sharing wall- was not disclosed on check in- got little sleep 1st night. Allergic reaction to make up remover wipe provided. Lumpy pillows. Decor was dated.

We love the pool area, it's open later to adults only. The scenery you get around the hotel is beautiful to walk around and look at. They had live fish and birds when we visited for our last stay.

the property had great views of the lake. the employees we’re very welcoming and super nice .
it’s not close to downtown Branson or the theater district but it’s only a short drive .

We visited the Sweet Shop every morning for a quick breakfast. It was a great option.
Rooms need a good scrubbing/freshening up. Our bathtub had a black ring (not from us!) Carpet felt lumpy in places, comforter covers looked dingy/drab/very old. For such a beautiful hotel the rooms fell short-need updating.

The property is beautiful. The outside and inside were decorated perfectly for Christmas!
The rooms were a little dated but it was only a small detail. Everything else was perfect!

This trip was a yearly Girls Vist!
My friend and I have been taking a yearly trip for years, we have been friends for many years started off in diapers and will end up in diapers once again! We celebrate our friendship yearly. And staying at the Chateau was the best trip ever! We have decided to return yearly....
That we had to leave
