Disappointing

Location, was able to accommodate a first floor room

Budget price with no frills makes this is an acceptable choice that was relatively clean.

Room rate was acceptable. Room size was good. King bed was comfortable but not enough variety in the types of pillows provided. If you seek a budget price with no frills then this is an acceptable choice as it was relatively clean.

Dated decor with bare concrete and rusted stair treads that were missing carpet. Odors that were partially masked by a cover scent. Room had only a desk chair for seating, no comfortable seating. Repairs/maintenance work did not appear professionally done with wide uneven smears of caulking around the tub and paint over spray on the floor and thresholds. Wondering what was the thinking for the multi-color mirror/light in bathroom which seemed like an expensive thing when all else is budget, making it appear out of place

Our room was dirty and in disrepair.

Property was the cheapest in the area.

Room was not clean. Bed was not clean. Bathroom was not clean. Room did not have enough outlets. Tv did not work. Room was in disrepair.

I LIKED THE MOTEL IT WAS CLOSE TO OUR IRISH FESTIVAL.

THEY NEED TO HAVE A BIG MIRROR FOR HAIR AND MAKEUP IN THE BED AREA AND THEY NEED MORE OUTLETS.

Well, It's Cheap

I can lavish this property with exactly two items of genuine praise. One, it was reasonably priced. Two, the room itself, though austere, was thoroughly cleaned. I suppose a half-praise would be that there was free coffee 24/7 in the lobby.

Everywhere on property that I visited smelled like marijuana. Loud mariachi and rap music after hours. No breakfast. When I moved the TV there was a puddle of dried syrup that probably was once a spilled soda. The bathroom was also quite cramped, with a poorly maintained shower and no complementary shampoo or conditioner.

Less than acceptable.

It was cheaper.

With the bridge out on Judd Road it was too remote. The walls were paper thin. I could hear the TV next door at 5:30 AM and 2:30 AM. It was hard to sleep. The first night there was grit on the floor.

The reception was really polite and the location is convenient.

The house keeper went in our room when we were gone and made one bed that’s how we knew she was in there and an hr into our drive home we stopped to eat and noticed 450 dollars was missing from my bag. couldn’t drive back because we live in nyc and didn’t have money to get gas so we had family send us money.

We had to leave early due to business emergency and would have liked to receive a credit for three days since we left 4 days early and had plans of staying there again my next event .

the front desk person was rude, the cleaning lady was rude, supposedly the key card system was down, but the master key was working no problem. was told when we checked in that the keys couldnt be made at check in because of some issue with the circuit due to a power outage from the previous night’s storm. but to give the front desk person some time and he’d bring the keys up to us, and then hours later, i checked on that, and get told that the keys still could not be made. if you weren’t able to make the keys at all, the PLEASE tell me at check in!!! I would have gone elsewhere. i didn’t feel safe one single bit despite the fact that I i kept the door locked the whole time I was there. To boot, the room was dirty. the floor behind the furniture was not clean, the towels were all dirty. Don’t go here. Will never come here again. If i could have left and gotten my miney back, I would have

You get what you pay for..

After driving 13+ hours it was affordable and gave us a place to rest.

The clerk acted like she had no idea we had booked a room. Even after showing her proof of booking she was still questioning us. The rooms smelled awful, the light fixtures were broken.
