The employees at check in were very friendly. and decent coffee at the lobby.

OMG why have carpeting in a high traffic motel. Our room smelled like alcohol with pool chlorine. Hairball over the bathroom floors. The shower head wasn’t headed for years.

Very good

Rooms are comfortable, they have a nice pool for children, but unfortunately we didn't have the chance to use it and the breakfast was also good.

The room wasn't clean enough and needed some maintenance.

Great value for price

We really enjoyed our stay! Hesitated coming here because of the reviews but happy we decided to give it a try :) kids really liked the pool, staff super friendly and helpful, size of the room was surprisingly big, everything functional (fridge, tv, ac ect), the breakfast was great and the beds comfortable, the location is also excellent.

The entire place needs some upkeep investment (paint chipped, wallpaper peeling off ect) and they also need to invest in better cleaning products (nothing smells like soap including towels).

won’t go back

the dinner and brewery restaurant decent. Good location for shopping and large parking. Splash pas for kids and arcade in hotel. Breakfast ok.

The rooms smell moldy as there is carpet everywhere. Needs updating. Don’t bother showing up before 4 pm for checkin as they will be inflexible. The 2 restaurants and arcade are open to everyone so worth staying in cleaner hotel next time and can access it all minus the pool/splash pad.

Big comfy room, perfect for a little family stay

the room was enormous

the semi constant bombing sound at 6 am. couldn’t figure out what it was but it was coming from inside!

Pool was nice and arcade downstairs also was nice for the kids 😊

That we were put in a pet Friendly room when we didn't have a animal got in the room couldn't breathe the smell of animals was so bad also very dirty bug trap under heater was chuck full of bugs 🤢

The room was nice and spacious. Overall the place was nice. Just a couple hiccups as in anywhere you stay

We had a horrible stay.

The facility was centrally located in the town or Plattsburgh with shopping near by

The entire first floor smelled like cannabis and when I complained to the staff they said they couldn’t do anything about it. The arcade was run down and many machines were broken. The room has molded food in the refrigerator and crackers on the floor. The pool room was so hot in the second day we couldn’t use it. The breakfast was cold and we had to microwave it.

Extremely unimpressed and most likely not going to book again at the same hotel.

Kids running through the hallway until 2-3am, kids standing by the door and yelling extremely uncomfortable beds for the price you pay. Absolutely disgusting bathrooms and the attached restaurants food was awful with poor service.

Rushed

Check in was easy, great easy location. I park my family and I go into our rooms. It’s disgustingly dirty. Peanut butter up the closet door, coffee spilled all over wall at mirror upon entering the room. Middle drawer between bed was filled with dirty things ( trash wrappers, a jelly mask looking thing, a medicine syringe and more!) I walk into bathroom and it’s as though someone had spit all over the mirror and hand prints. Shower shelf had soap scum, and let’s not forget the amount of black mold all over the bathroom wall. I called front desk said I’m in a dirty room please send someone down. After telling my family to go to dinner I’d deal with this and meet them I waited another 20 mins for someone to come and went to front desk instead to realize he’s the only one there. In my mind he’s on the phone with a boss (waves at me he’s going to move my room apolized and I wait) my family text there ordering I explained I’m not trying to be that person but I’m late to dinner now can we take care of this. I was asked to wait another min. I did. We start to walk down to room and he was actually on a personal phone call. I understood that tried to be sympathetic but at this point I’m angry. He takes pics of the room. Helps me move my things and that was it. We didn’t even get to use the pool I had asked for a late checkout and was told that wasn’t possible and had housekeeping knocking on my door at 10 am. Regular check out is 11. Champys arcade inside hotel is amazing and only good thing about our trip. Overall we will never return to this property. I wasn’t offered a discount nothing. Just moved and lots of lost time.

Exceptional

The hotel , the room, and the facilities were very clean. Everything was under the one roof good for family outings. The staff was very helpful. This is our second visit and it wont be the last

Superb

It's very family friendly. The rooms are big and wifi worked perfectly. The kid's park is great and even with missing staff the available ones were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with options for everyone.

Used diapers and shorts in the hallway in front of the pool for 2 days. The pool area could be bigger and cleaner. Our shower had a leak in the shower head but we were able to fix it.
