Not Worth it.

The location was great.

The staff wasn't very friendly, the hotel didn't meet our expectations of what was showed online. They have no hospitality or Customer Service for example no bottle waters for the road... no free breakfast.. those are just a couple things they could have provided for the price. The pool area could use some updates the old metal chairs bruised and left marks on my legs that are still painful.. I have had much better stays for the price we paid.

Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

I love the rooms. The layout was very spacious and it made us feel as if we were in New York.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Overall, highly disappointed in this brand. Expected so much more.

The rooms were decorated nicely, upscale and were clean.

Staff and check-in was very slow. The air conditioning wasn't working in the lobby area and maintenance was working in the area. Our room a/c didn't work. The staff did move us to another room, but even that a/c wasn't great.

Great location and design. Pet friendly.

Love that they accept large dogs. We were traveling with our standard poodle. Also love the room configuration and artful design. Although our room was clean, the property lacked attention to detail in common area cleaning. Considering it is a new property, it is not being maintained well. Staff was helpful and friendly.

the location was great, and the beds were very comfortable

The pictures don’t really do the place justice. It doesn’t just look “grunge” it looks like the place is falling apart once you go to your room. The ceiling was cracked and had exposed pipes, there was no trash can in the bathroom, there was no where to put shampoo or conditioner of your own in the shower, and the shampoo bottles inside could be opened by anyone. All of the overhead lights are fluorescent, so it felt like a hospital inside, and everything just felt a little dirty. It was not my favorite place to stay.

it was a very good stay and I would recommend this to someone.

the location had so many restaurants and shops around it. it was a nice surprise and made it easy to grab food. it’s also very close to the freeway so makes getting placed easy! the rooms are nice and clean as well, with a nice shower and comfy bed.

when we arrived they had very loud music playing in the lobby that made it hard to hear the person manning the front desk for us to check in.

Layover stay for vacation

Cleanliness,

A soap holder for guest who bring their own soap in the shower would be great. It's nice they provide shower gel, but everyone can't use it. Hence, we need a place for our personal soap to sit while showering.

Good area around a lot of shopping and eating places

The staff was a little lacking in customer service. The rooms wasn’t comfortable to me. I was scared to lay on the sheets. I laid on top of the blanket on my own towels I brought. I NEVER use hotel towels anyway. But they gave us some with stains in them. I should’ve stayed at HILTON like I usually do

The location is amazing, and the room was a great size.

The air conditioning system did not work in our room and all the staff did was keep coming to check it then the manager said to unplug it and if we got hot she'll come back to plug it in. You would think that after paying almost $200 for 1 night they would be more accommodating but they were not. 1st and last time staying here. We also, found hair In the shower but didn't complain about that because we always clean our hotel room before using anything.

Nice,Comfortable, Clean, and Peaceful! Will book again!

I definitely did like the design of this hotel a lot. The Front Desk Associate was very cool and professional, he knew exactly what he was talking about and gave me more than enough information so that way my stay went well. My bed was SUPER comfortable, I struggle to get out of it the whole time I was there LOL! Also, there were SO MANY restaurants and shops within walking distance and if I did have to drive, it was only a very very short distance across a parking lot or literally across the main road which was extremely convenient! All in all, I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Jacksonville!

My only critiques for this hotel is one, there was no microwave and/or mini fridge in my room so I could store leftover food. Also, the shower door doesn’t completely prevent water from getting out of the shower area so everytime I showered, there would be a puddle but then again, there are towels LOL. Finally, I notice there was not always a Front Desk Associate there especially if someone wanted to purchase something from the Snack Bar. Otherwise, I had absolutely no problems and this was a good hotel!

The place itself was very clean, but not really what I expected for the money.

The location was good. There were several places to eat and shop right by the hotel.

I think for the price I paid, the breakfast should have been free with the room, instead you had to pay for whatever you wanted. Also, the rooms are not equipped with microwaves, which is very inconvenient. The shower door would not close all the way, so the floor was soaked, which could be an accident waiting to happen. Also, the pool was shaded, therefore it was a little too cold for kids to be swimming in.
