It was a decent place to stay.

Location was great, Right on the beach, quiet, close restaurants.

Hotel needs to be updated. Carpet could be cleaner and newer. Some paint was coming off the door, wall paper in bathroom was coming off.

A cozy, friendly place to lay your head when visiting ocean city.

We loved the common deck/balcony area and the view. We loved the ocean front proximity. The room was very clean and it’s so nice to stay somewhere where the owners run the hotel day to day.

Great!

Location was perfect! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Very comfortable beds but small quarters (space) and tight bathroom. Other than nice place to stay right on the beach! Balcony was definitely a bonus and great to watched sunrises!

Disappointing for the money we spent there

It was nice that we could walk out onto the Boardwalk and beach from the motel.

Housekeeping skipped our room one of the days. We never received enough towels any of the days we were there except for our first night. Cleanliness was less than fair.

great

I had a great time I work in the industry and this hotel is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in I will only go there very impressed with the staff they cannot do enough for you. You are maybe 20 feet from the beach , they also have 2 big porches that are great for sunbathing or just sitting there and checking out the people on the board walk.

I wish it had a pool,but who cares the cleanliness is super

Location: right in the middle of the boardwalk! perfect! Staff: amazing, they don’t bother you and they’re friendly. The maid asked us if we needed anything anytime we saw her. Value: for the location you really can’t beat it!

Good place to stay if you want to be close to the action but are willing to give up some comforts

Great location on the boardwalk, with easy parking. Nice shared balconies overlooking the boardwalk, though it could get busy during the summer. Comfortable enough bed, good shower pressure, friendly reception, allows dogs. Good TV choices.

We were on the ground floor, and could hear every conversation and movement of the room above us. The plumbing was especially loud - every bath, shower and flush was also heard. Didn't get wifi reception the entire time we were there. Room was small; we knew that going in, but it still was more cramped than we expected. Too few outlets.

Great little get away right on the beach

Can't beat the location, walking distance to most everything. The views from the room and both communal balconies are spectacular. The room was small but served the purpose. It was clean and the beds super comfy. The staff is great and very friendly. Fresh coffee and cookies all weekend. Would definitely stay there again in the off season.

Only complaints, the place could use some updating mostly the carpets and it needs some sort of sound proofing or more considerate clientele. Between the 5am wake up from banging drawers to the kids running up and down the hall at all hours it's not the quietest of places. So as older folks, not sure we would choose it for us during the busy season.

Extraordinary managed Hotel.

Very freindly staff. Free parking available. Simple Hotel on a perfect place. Extraordinary managed. Fast check in. Clean nice room. We were lucky, got the room next to the balcony. You can see the whole board walk. Perfect to see the sunrise and sunset.

We would have done better staying in another property since there were many vacancies mid week.

the property is beach front but dated and our room had a view of the parking lot and an ally.

We were told that the property was pet friendly which it was however we were charged over $80 for three nights as extra for a small indoor cat. And this extra charge was not disclosed to us at the time of booking.

Location was perfect.Room was very clean. Liked the tile floor. Staff was very friendly and professional. Look forward to taking my 99 year old mother again. She was so pleased with everything especially their coffee!

ruined my holiday

I like how the housekeeping comes in our room everyday and changing the towels and trash and cleaning our place. they are so friendly.

I booked an ocean view room. but I didn’t have the ocean view. they sent us in another building which is at the back of their main building. When we look at our window, we only see the back of the building view not the ocean view which is I’m very disappointed. I paid more for that and I didn’t get it.
