Convenient to airport and the shuttle.
2.0
Location is convenient, being close to the airport and shops, which was good for us since we were flying out at the end of our trip. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
It was clear that this hotel was struggling with lack of staff. Breakfast was terrible, and they were still charging $9 for some toast and muffins. The pool was cold for December, and the hot tub was out of service so we didn't use the pool because there was no place to warm up. Location wasn't an issue for us but if you want to be IN Charleston, it's quite far.

It was convenient close to the airport with a shuttle at 4am. The room was big with a bath tub, nice before a 35 hours trip. They have a restaurant inside the hotel. It is pricey for the state of the hotel but fine.
They are working on renovation, still work to do. Restaurant is expensive and not good. Food is dry, overcooked (microwaved?). I booked a room with tub and had to insist to get one.
5.0
The location. I was close to everything!

Loved the breakfast! Good selection and great taste. Very friendly and helpful staff.
It seems like the building needs to be updated/remodeled. It was clearly an older building that they added a front facade to for the front office/check-in area. The main building was had a slightly musty/old smell to it and the design was clearly from an different era.

The location was great, close to many great restaurants and shopping areas! The rooms were clean and comfortable!
I wish there was a safe of some kind in the room for valuables especially since its a big city and don’t feel like carrying valuables in the car.
4.0
Location was great. Easy access to the venue and close to restaurants and fuel.
Half the plugs in the room didn't work. Was not made aware that you had to ask for your room to be serviced. Not great on refilling the coffee station or incidentals.

Beautiful surroundings
Carpet needed to be shampooed and refrigerator did not cool, my food was warm. The room was not good compared to the price we paid. Was not happy with the soap supplies

The hotel was clean & the staff friendly. The location is located in a built up area near lots of restaurants and shops, but not near downtown Charleston. Obviously if you want near downtown, you’re going to pay for that convenience. Breakfast is offered at the hotel, but to me, pricey. We would definitely stay there again.
