Solo travelers if you are looking to stay somewhere and actually be comfortable and safe. Please do not stay here.

The only thing that l like about the Property was three staff members, Malik very well groomed, I’m actually surprised he was not the front desk manager. When I did meet the front desk manager, I was lost for words because I thought she was the laundry attendant. Veronica tried everything in her powers as a front desk agent to assist me with the issues that I had with the Property. Mr. Tamika, the housekeeping manager and her staff was wonderful.

What I did not like about the property is that they do not adhere to Hilton policy as far as safety, nor do they follow up with their guest as far as any issues, you will never hear from leadership unless you request.

I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The cleanliness, staff, great location to downtown Charleston, the battery, market's. Room was exceptionally clean. Pool and BBQ very relaxing. Breakfast was above average and geared towards Adult's as well as children. Facilities exceptionally clean. The only thing about this location is you don't have any view of the Charleston vibes because it's in an industrial multiple hotel complexes to choose from.

Parking and evening staff was less than needy to assist with questions.

The hotel was nice but the waiting for the room to become available was unacceptable

The hotel itself was very nice and the room was very clean and comfortable.

My reservation was for 3:00pm, I along with several other guest could not check in until after 3:45 pm. That was unacceptable because I checked in on line the night before. We were told the rooms weren’t ready yet due to previous guest staying past their check out time.

Great pool and outdoor patio area. Breakfast was great and had great options. Staff was both courteous and attentive and helped in offering suggestions for local area transportation options,attractions and restaurants.

I love the location, which made it easier for me to get around North Charleston.!The staff were friendly but professional. I liked having a variety of choices for breakfast.

I didn’t like the view from my room. I was facing a wall. having to request fresh towels daily. This should be an automatic thing the cleaning staff do.

Absolutely loved this property. It was so nice! We really enjoyed the breakfast as well as the draft options downstairs. The staff were great and very friendly.

Wished there was a hot tub but wasn't upset about it.

Not happy at all. Never coming back.

The staff was sweet

The room was very very musty - smelled like old socks/carpets. We came in too late in the night and were tired. The lady got us room freshner when we asked her for it. She did offer to change the room but we were way too tired. The sheets were crinkled, the pillow cases were crinkled- the sheets had some stains which i dint want to know what they were. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. Only some sorry looking ready eggs and waffle.

we would stay here again. It's nice to have a nice time refrigerator and kitchen facilities.

Nice large room, staff, very pleasant and helpful, Linda from the breakfast area and Andra at the front desk were wonderful

I didn't like that the windows didn't know that so we didn't have any fresh air

This hotel surpassed all of my expectations. I decided to book here due to its location across from the Coliseum. It was wonderful to walk to the show and back, without worrying about an Uber/Lyft. The room was large, clean, and quiet. They gave us a first floor room which made taking the dogs out very easy. I felt safe in the parking lot and walking them late at night. Will book again, thank you!
