Solid value, but you get what you pay for.

The room was spacious and the price was good. Free parking was appreciated.

It was quite far from the downtown area which I was visiting (15 min drive). The area seemed kind of uncomfortable at first but a decently safe area overall. The lobby was nice and the staff were helpful, but the room seemed rather unclean despite looking neat (carpets seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned in some time and beds were a bit lumpy). The breakfast was very meager and mainly had carbs/starches, no protein.

Good value for the money, but too much road construction.

Quiet and felt safe

No room cleaning unless you schedule it ask for it. Also, the laundry facilities were out of order which was inconvenient.

Comfortable that it will check other hotel and compare

Pool was good but it seems we get sick afterwards been there twice not sure if it water or germs from other people

Can’t bring in food ? What up with that ,closed up kitchen to early

Very nice hotel and quiet. Satisfied with my stay!

Had to leave to early to get breakfast.

Staff said the bar would be open in the evening, we came back from eating supper to have a drink or two and of coarse it was shut down and no one around. I asked the front desk if the bar gonna open, the same staff member who said it was gonna be open said it wouldn’t open.

Good value

Stayed there with my grandson and he really loves the swimming pool and the hotel was pretty nice and the breakfast was a good value all in all really good stay will definitely be back

Really good value the only issue we had was all the construction on the road leading to hotel made it a little difficult to get in and out of the property but other than that could stay

Overall very pleasant.

I enjoyed the pool and the bed was comfortable and clean.

I didn’t love the location. They don’t accept cash at all either.

Comfortable ,clean just disappointed with the breakfast

Breakfast was terrible

Said breakfast was from 6 to 9 went at 6:45 was a small amount of cold eggs their were 6 cold hard sausages no plates or coffee cups in other words no breakfast except package muffins this is the first time I have been to a motel with such an awful breakfast

The morning shift front desk staff made us feel unwelcome & we thought may be because of our race as African America

The property was in good location for our event & it was clean & nice!

The morning front desk staff were complaining about that my family eat all the breakfast items & they ran out of food & that my family had too many children but we had more than 12 rooms all together and the will not give us cleaning service till after 3rd night of stay which I found ridiculous & unacceptable & we stayed 3 nights!

Nice hotel, clean rooms, modern facilities.

The overnight staff was VERY friendly. Absolute rock stars. Had us pre-checked in and only needed a few questions answered. Had the keys and everything ready to go.

Was not aware that the hotel was short staffed, and wouldn't be serving breakfast. Also, our room had an open cup in the shower, and I'm pretty sure a small smear of blood on the wall entering the shower. Construction around the hotel made it pretty difficult to get to. (Not their fault, I get that.)

Bad experience and for sure will never be back to this hotel again.

The location was near to where we had our conference event.

Some of the stuff were rood and not respectable to the customers. In addition to that, at 8 there wasn’t anything for breakfast.

Superb

Room was very clean, including bathroom. No hair in sink, tub or floor. Carpet could you some spot cleaning, but over all, pleasantly surprised. The price was very affordable.

It was a little inconvenient to get to, although not the hotels fault about the construction. No breakfast included, but understand that also keeps the room prices down.

The place was old, falling apart, not the cleanest . The door that what I believe joined to another room was locked but could have easily been entered. There were stains on the walls and the doors in the bathroom. The overall air of the place just didn’t seem right .

The staff were super friendly and helpful.

I changed hotels to use the pool. We did not know the pool was closed for repairs until after we checked in. The sole reason to move to this hotel was because of first one did not have a pool at this one did so that really sucked.

Nasty rooms

The staff was amazing!

Room 238 smelt like pure rotten tuna. Ain't no way I was sleeping in that. Instantly told the front desk and got us moved to a room that smelt like mold. Will not be staying there again. Also no mini fridges.

I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff was welcoming, hot breakfast was a nice and delicious surprise, and rooms were quiet and clean.

Wish there would have been a hot tub to use. Pool was open, but felt it needs some updating. Water was warm.

Nice Hotel

The bed was very comfortable & breakfast was great. Staff was nice. My room was clean. Great location. But overall i enjoyed my stay. I would book a stay again when i visit Omaha.

The room smelled like cigarettes, but was a non- smoking room.

We would like at minimum a partial refund as it wasn’t what we expected

Location was great, hotel looks nice on the inside.

The pool had a broken, electrical light floating around that we didn’t see and weren’t informed of, we could have been hurt or electrocuted. The shower pin was missing. We did not have the sheets requested ahead of time in the room. The phone in our room and in the pool did not work.
