Functional and Comfortable.

Clean, not far from downtown. Nice kitchenette with fridge and microwave for extended stay. Nice functional table and chairs. Good value for basic functionality.

Odd location around strip malls...nothing scenic...but that's not going to change. Plus side is location to food stores etc. Form=Function and that's all that is needed.

Minor maintenance issues of toilet paper holder and no bathroom exhaust fan.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!

Absolutely nothing.

The first room they gave us was dirty. I have pictures. The bed was not made, the garbage can was dirty, there was hair in the sink, the refrigerator was full of leftover food and there was a joint by the phone. like I said, I have pictures. When I complained he told me I could leave and go across the street or take a 2nd floor room. We have mobility issues but we had no choice. That room was better. The lamps didn’t all work. The floor needed sweeping and lots of things needed dusting OH and the door didn’t lock!!!! So when the guy at the front desk told us we could leave and he’d refund my money, when I left and told him I was not staying the additional night and he could just refund for that night, he said he couldn’t refund anything and I would have to go through Booking.com.

Booked a king room ground floor, put in a room with 2 queen beds instead even though at the time of booking they had 2 king rooms available, damp towel on side of tub, in room 229, shower did not drain out of tub, very loud people in upstairs room with someone running and stamping around room, had I been put in king room wouldn’t have had a family above me because the king rooms upstairs directly above the king rooms on the ground floor. Have stayed here before and have always had room preference followed thru on, so not pleased it wasn’t this time.

After a long day of driving, I walked into the room and it made me feel pampered.

The room was beautiful. It was decorated with a personal touch that made it feel more like a home than a motel room. The linens were also better quality than I would expect to find in a budget-priced room.

Great price! and close to our next destination !

stopped in for night on our travels and surprised to see a whole apartment when i opened the door. sofa, bed, table, kitchen!!! even had table setting! went and got food and sat and ate after long day of travel. Guy at front desk super nice and apolgized for no downstair rooms but since late at night understood.

kind of shady people across courtyard that were guests but lucky pretty quiet all night.

Great room just the wrong floor and the wrong location.

The room was great the apparently new [tile?] floor I liked over the usual bad carpet the lay out was unusual but ok.

I requested a ground floor room with a king size bed, but when I arrived I was given a second floor room with two queen beds and was told that was all that was available after they confirmed the ground floor room. Fortunately for them and unfortunately for me my wife was unable to make the trip she can not climb stairs that is why I required the ground floor room. Second well into the night someone in the parking lot was working on a Harley Davidson starting it revving it up and when it would die cussing and beginning again until it started to rain. How management did not hear this and do something about it I do not know. I tried to see who it was but the peephole in the door had been removed and taped over so even if someone had come to my door I could not have seen them and from the people I saw in the parking lot I wasn't going to go out myself. Will I go back? Nope! I Loved the room and the guy at the desk was very nice but that was about it.

Location worked

Far too expensive for the age and condition of the property. When I arrived about 7 pm, no one at desk and a phone to call to get them up. I was in there for a long time, called it 4 times before anyone came to the desk. Another person was came in while I was waiting and was also concerned. When he came into the office he was finishing putting his shirt on. The room seemed clean but for almost $200, it was worth more like $70. Shower curtain very brown at the bottom so mold was starting. Bed looked overall clean, but almost appeared top sheet was not laundered. I very seldom complain but for the price we were very disappointed. My fiancé decided she couldn’t shower in the shower given the state of the shower curtain

Chuck is very nice and the room is very comfortable.

Location is good. Quiet area and hotel. Room was clean and comfortable with a kitchenette. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We have stayed here twice and will stay again.

The mattress was comfortable, but could have been better.

Nice accomodation for a very good price

Room felt large, soundproofing was good. The location in southwest Omaha is close to all kinds of shops, restaurants and entertainment.

A very minor problem - I don't think anyone on the cleaning crew is very tall. There were a couple of places like the top of the refrigerator that were dirty. But you wouldn't notice unless you were tall. I mentioned it to the front desk and he understood exactly.

On balance !!! Enjoyed the room based on the reasonable expense and spaciousness !!!

Room Was spacious enough to have family members over for games !! The refrigerator was handy and was used !!! Loved the table !!

Took a while to figure out how the shower worked !!! Needed to turn on air conditioner to muffle other guests and noise

The room was very clean and much larger than I expected. It even had a full kitchen.

Very comfortable.

Room is large, it has all the things to stay a week, fridge, coffee maker, microwave and ironing board. I was in the middle of the 2nd floor, very quiet! Would stay again for the value. Very clean.

Only con-room smelt like pine sol-too strong.

Townhouse Inn is the perfect place to stay for cleanliness, good value and good location. It is friendly, safe and the staff is great. We stay here when visiting family close by and it works perfectly.
