A couple of things could be better but very minor issues, would def. stay again. Loved San Antonio.

Had a little incident with staff over breakfast. He got mad and said my husband could not take any of the breakfast items up to our room. He was bringing breakfast up for our 3 year old but the man didn't understand so they argued about it until my husband just walked away with the food. He talked to the manager later about it and she said they don't really want you to bring food up to your rooms because of bugs but if you stay in any hotel anywhere, you are going to order take out because people have to eat so what is the difference in taking the hotels breakfast up to your room or getting take out and bringing that up to your room or having food delivered to you in your room like we did? Other than this everything else was good.

They do not pick up used towels until you ask them. They told us to leave the used towels outside our door so we did but the towels sat there for 24 hours before they came to get them. We also had to go to front desk to ask for toilet paper because we ran out. We stayed for 3 nights.

I like the room but I could hear a lot of banging of stuff and was annoying.

The jacuzzi was out of order. That was the only reason I wanted the first floor and I was staying there. Would have been nice to know when I checked in that it was out of order.

Clean modern looking hotel. Good breakfast. Staff dis interested. Didn’t repair faulty lamp despite asking twice.

Big room. Comfortable beds. Hotel rooms and lobby look modern and clean. Good breakfast.

Manager was keen and enthusiastic but front desk staff looked and acted as if they didn’t want to be there. Reported bedside lamp didn’t work to person on front desk twice but nothing done about it and still didn’t work when we left.

Overall it wasn't too bad. I was literally in my room to sleep and shower. Nice staff tho.

The bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

I didn't like the breakfast only the waffle since that's the only things that's freshly made. The food should be changed to a better quality. Also, the rooms are very outdated. They should definitely upgrade the appliances, the elevator, and furniture in the room as well.

The staff was friendly and attentive.

The room smelled like rust, especially in the restroom. The pool water looked extremely cloudy, so we didn't even attempt to go in. During breakfast, they didn't have any juices to offer for the children, the floor was super sticky (which probably had to do with the fact that they only had one staff member in charge of food and cleaning), and the food overall was not pleasing.

Decent hotel for a decent price

The room was clean and was a decent size. The restroom was also clean but be careful with the bathtub because it is very slippery and a bit caved in. The location of the hotel is somewhat right off the freeway but it is a bit hidden which gives it a quiet setting. I didn't have any problems with noise. The breakfast was okay. However, at the time we went, the hotel was very busy so the breakfast area was crowded and food was gone within seconds of being set. I recommend if you are eating breakfast at the hotel, to get there early.
