I loved the size and cleanliness of the room. I loved the location cus it's close to everything.
I didnt like that I didnt have the option to reschedule in case of an emergency. I didn't like the breakfast. Sausage was too salty and eggs were weird looking.

Breakfast was great! Rooms were nice. Staff was helpful. I like that the room was spacious and had a couch. Not sure if it's a sofa bed. We didn't use it. Overall it was a good value for the pricing. The only issue was the hot water in the shower took a while before it started working. I had a short stay but thanks for everything.
The only issue we had was the hot water in the shower. Maybe, cause it was the third floor it took a while before heating up. Also, it would ve nice if the room was pre-cooled. We arrived and room was really warm. Something to think about.

Very, very friendly and accommodating staff; good food at breakfast; comfy beds with plenty pillows.
Needs a little update on cosmetic side...the friendly service far outweighs chipped paint. The breakfast selection is small but tasty.

Location was great
Room key had issues, feces on seat of toilet, but i always bring cleaners and paper towels because i own a cleaning business...room smelled very musty, air freshener solved that but real issue was when i got there, there was a security guard in the hallway guarding the two rooms across from me. They had chairs from their rooms in the hallway and for two days the occupants sat in the hallway on their phones and were very disruptive. The last night at 11pm ,i couldn't sleep because they were laughing talking loud and making noise so i called the front desk. Was told they booked Those rooms for an extended period of time and I could open my door and ask them to quiet down... that's so unprofessional! She finally told them herself but not before they continued to make noise outside my window in the parking lot, yelling screaming partying, and it continued occasionally for the night. I woke up to a very loud car alarm outside my window and was happy to get up and leave. I told the front desk that those tenants booked the rooms not the hallway, and the door to their rooms were propped open the entire time i was there. Don't waste your money this place is not worth your time! 200 bucks for two nights was wrong and they are still holding 100 extra they charged for incidentals... i hope i get that returned to my credit card. Im gonna pray on it!
